“SoBe - I have to give them credit, the inside is beautiful. Who doesn't like live music with dinner? Let's get into the food! Appetizer: Shrimp was delicious, the cabbage garnish was perfect! Kudos to the chef for that TOUCH! I got the Salmon. The salad was perfect! It was dressed with just the right amount of dressing! Rice was good! Salmon was good, it was cooked well well and a little dry but overall good! No complaints honestly. My date got the Lobster and he shared! It was yummy! Drinks were delicious! “I ordered chicken zing roll, beef and bean burrito, and a small personal cheese pizza. It was pretty decent. I enjoyed the food. The prices are very good my meal was like 12 dollars. Also, I think they are open 24 hours? I ordered on Uber Eats, it was late when I ordered, like 2 am. Overall a great experience. The food wasn't bad like alot of places that stay open really late. It was a good meal and for cheap and very convenient!“

“Yesterday was my first time there, myself and a party of five. One member of our party arrived and had the table reserve the wait was 30 minutes, took that long for the rest of us to arrive; when we did we were seated rather fast. The crab bomb stole the show, best any of us ever had. Second runner up the crab soup also the baked potatoe was well portioned and was not dried out. The haddock was fried to perfection, and the cake dessert oh my, I ordered dessert to go, When I later dugged into the lemon pound cake each morsel was delicious, as if it was home made. Over all an excellent dining experience, a little pricey but was worth every single dime, we will return.“

“On our way home from visiting Wash DC, we stopped at this place for dinner. It was conveniently located right off the BW Parkway (I-295), in Bladensburg. The restaurant is located at an intersection, in a small old building. It looked like a converted gas station. The parking lot is very small, maybe 10-12 spaces. Inside, the dinning room is also small with limited seating. People that came in after us had to wait for a table. The menu is very simple. The only appetizer was cha gio or egg roll. The entrees included pho, bun Bo hue, and 2 rice dishes (chicken or pork chop). The pho came in 3 sizes: children, small, and large. I got a large #5 pho tai nam. Both my wife and daughter got the bun Bo hue. The food came out hot after a short 5 minute wait. Both noodle soups came with a good amount of noodles and meat. Both broths were flavorful and authentic tasting. My wife was impressed with their bun Bo hue, noting that it was better than her own homemade version ( which I never heard her say before). We left this place happy and full.“

“Easiest five stars I can give! I found Tacos a la Madre a few years ago - they have the absolute best tacos in the PG area for a fantastic price! Nowadays, I get the nine taco bundle for $34ish bucks. These bundles are great for two or three people to enjoy for a meal and come with different types of salsa (mild or spicy), cut limes, and a quick bag of chips. The food is just so flavorful - my favorite proteins are the carnitas, the steak, and the shrimp. But honestly, they're all perfect. They have quite a few other menu options too - I've wanted to try the quesadillas or the carne asada fries for the longest but can't bring myself to visit and not get a platter of tacos. The service is quick and friendly. The staff gets you in and out of the restaurant fairly quickly and do a nice job of making you feel welcome. The restaurant itself is pretty small but it's usually not too busy inside so you can find a place to sit if you'd like to eat inside. The best seating though is at one of the shaded picnic style tables in front of the restaurant. This front patio on a sunny day is the perfect spot to enjoy some delicious bites. I'll 100% be back soon!“

“Had a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day!! Our waiter was Jhony and he was excellent. It was just me and Mom and we asked for the two person seafood paella. He suggested the special for today which was the lobster paella and it was amazing. The service was great, the food was amazing!! The food did take a while to come out but that is to be expected on Mother’s Day!! I will definitely be coming here again!!“

“came for a little solo date not too long ago and though very similar taste to their sister restaurants miss toyas, pop boy jim's, etc., their menu is a bit more creative. i enjoyed this experience. they will run you for your money however! the eggs were really good, the oxtail hawaiian rolls were good but kind of soggy. i also had the "not yo momma" pasta, which i unfortunately don't have a photo of, but was delicious! but the mango cooler which i originally got i had to spit the tiniest first sip out bc it was insanely sweet and sugary. i really dislike lemonades like that. they're located in rather one of the busier parts of hyattsville but w a shared parking lot around the back. service was good--didn't take more than maybe 15-20 mins to come out. it's just unfortunate that one of the employees was tryna get at me and got mad when i chose to respond...it shouldn't be hard to enjoy a simple solo meal as a lady. if i ever return, i hope to not see him again.“

“Went there on a Saturday and had great service. The place has great authentic Mexican food. We had the super mango platter and the chicken burrito. Both had good size portions. Definitely recommend it. Prices are very reasonable. Get the Tres leches cake.They serve salsa and chips. We got there before the rush at 2pm Saturday“

“Pretty darn good for a diner. I normally don't care about diner food but this place has some interesting menu options that cross between traditional American food and Mediterranean food. The Mediterranean food is pretty good but maybe a bit over focused on even though it doesn't provide a different dietary selection for customers. Still though, it's good food and a great place for brunch.“

“Ambience: chill laid back..adult hang out. No children after 7pm. Reservations: seating is first come first serve, but if you have a big party, you can call or email to reserve a table for 2 hours. No show after 15 mins, the table is released. Just come in and find the table with your name on it. It could be in the bar area. Ordering food and drink: you will need to open a tab by placing a credit card on file. Order your food (at the food works station) and drink (at the bar). Once you are done eating, go to either spots to close the tab. FYI- no fountain drinks, just canned soda. Water is available on both sides. The food was AMAZING. Flavor flavor flavor!! We tried the aged ribeye, Thai chili wings, jerk chicken flatbread, and the chicken and frites. The only switch would be steak and frites instead of chicken and frites. Don't forget to try an ice cream sandwich!“

“We hosted a baby shower at Denizens Riverdale Park last Sunday for about 50 people. I can't say enough what a great experience it was from the planning to the actual event. From first contact there was great communication. It's obvious they know how to handle events. The indoor space is great and we ended up having a flow of people from inside to the outside patio. The food was delicious. Our guests like the food so much we ordered additional platters and it was great to be able to do so during the event. The warm chocolate chip cookies at the end were a hug hit as well. There were so many great beer options and guests enjoyed the tasting options. I'm a Hefeweizen girl and it was delicious. They have many non-beer options as well like wine which you don't often find at breweries. The staff were great day of event as well. Pablo the manager, made sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. The service was so exceptional that guests commented to me during the party. This is definitely a place to meet friends for happy hour or have a special event.“

“Good portion! Everything was well seasoned and fresh. I had the steak bowl (grilled peppers, grilled corn, salsa, sour cream, cheese) and a large side of chips and guacamole. Chips were salted and the guacamole was fresh with a hint of citrus. After the bowl, I couldn't finish the chips but it wasn't for lack of trying! lol. 100x better than Chipotle and they give adult portions. Only issue - it arrived ice cold! like it was in the fridge. “First time here- if you want any happy hour food you must sit at the bar! The happy hour food and drinks were good. The steak sliders were great, along with the sautéed shrimp. The salmon sliders don’t have much of a sear on them and fall apart after the first but but the flavor is still good. I’d definitely comeback, but they were definitely understaffed for a Friday night and waits to get a bartender’s attention was a long time.Parking: The parking can fill up fast but there are free parking lots all around the shopping area“

“Went to Chido's for Mother's Day, place was packed! There was a 40-minute wait, but it was worth it! The food was amazingly delicious (forgot to take pics) and the service was impeccable! Despite how crowded the restaurant was my servicer was great and the food came out in record time! The desserts were so good, I had the flan! The kids had their chicken tacos and 2/3 are picky eaters, all 3 loved their tacos!Parking: Parking is pretty good, on Morher's day it was full, luckily parking next door is just as easy, didn't have to walk far at all.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu, my kids loved their chicken tacos and of course ice cream dessert!“
