“Excellent food! We visited for a late Saturday lunch and the place was busy. Loved the service, they explained all the options and we got a little bit of everything. The gyros were delicious. One of our party couldn't eat garlic and they fixed her up with a side of spicy feta that was very tasty. Lots of vegetarian choices as well. The Greek fries came as a generous portion and were well seasoned.“
“What a great midtown find! DEFINITELY check this place out if you want a true inclusive experience where you feel like you are one of the (BIG FUN) family. Lots of action at Cypriana. AND everything we ordered was DELISH. We will be back regularly for sure.“
“I got a chicken pita wrap with Greek fries and both were so good! The wrap was super packed with everything, very filling and stuffed with toppings for such a small looking pita! Everything was wrapped nicely and nothing got soggy despite delivery. I just wish the fries were covered in some sauce, while the cheese and the flavors are great, they're kinda minimal and they don't give the fries the drenched feel I was looking for. I'll probably try a different side next time!“
“I'm a huge fan of Black Olive but tonight was disappointing. They no longer filet whole fish at table side or offer to tour the fish “market “ to select options. Even the lemon butter sauce is gone. Like every where these days prices are up and service is down.“
“I know! It's rare to get 5 Stars across the board. But the ambiance on a Saturday afternoon was fitting for my girlfriends and me. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so the service was great; the good service continued after additional parties came in. The food was delightful.“

“Yum yum yum! I had the small plate shrimp and had to lick my fingers it was so good. If they offer you the pepper sauce TAKE IT. I was about to sub it out for Tzatziki and glad she talked me out of it. I took the rest hope to dip some Naan in it!“
“I usually eat cheeseburgers but I decided to try something different from somewhere different and I got a turkey burger from Kirbies and OMG it was delicious and very flavorful. I will be going back to try other things on the menu. Thanks for the great food and customer “
“This restaurant is a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Just had their spaghetti and meat sauce...yum! I get breakfast there every day I come to work in the city. Friendly staff, quick service and food is always hot! Definitely a place to choose!“
“Nora's Kabob takes the essence of Greek cuisine and serves it with a charming twist. Their Greek salad, a harmonious medley of crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy cucumbers, is a testament to the freshness of their ingredients. Each bite is a refreshing journey through classic Mediterranean flavors, heightened by the presence of tangy olives and a subtle bite from thinly sliced red onions. The feta cheese crumbles generously scattered throughout add a creamy, salty contrast that melds beautifully with the crisp vegetables. But the real delight is the miniature bottle of olive oil that accompanies each salad. It's not just cute; it's a symbol of Nora's dedication to quality and authenticity. The oil itself is a liquid gold, rich and fruity, perfect for drizzling over the salad at just the right moment to ensure each leaf is coated in its velvety smoothness. This isn't just a salad; it's a thoughtful composition that invites you to savor every element. Nora's Kabob doesn't just serve food; they deliver an experience that's both simple and profoundly satisfying.“
“[See update below - 9/15/23]This place is a Sleeper! I came upon it by accident - a pizza & grill take-out restaurant with Indian food?I love good Indian food and thought, well, I'll give it a try. I wasn't expecting much but started by digesting the menu - it's large - 4 1/4 pages packed! One & 1/4 pages have some 55 Indian & related dishes. The Samosa appetizer (2, very large) were delicious. Never had ones this big but they compared favorably with the ones made by "the best Indian cook" who taught me how to cook and eat Indian.I ordered the Naan - it was fresh and warm and perfect - and the Dal Tadka. I ordered it hot (spicy) which was just right for me (also available medium and mild). It came with basmati rice. It was excellent! I ate it with the Naan and took the rice and half the Dal home for another excellent meal of leftovers. The dining area decor doesn't get any points - it's standard take out/ pizza parlor - and I didn't try the American side of the menu, but I will be going back to try the other Indian dishes. It may take me awhile - I live 3 hr away.[Previous post 2019. Update 9/15/23: I haven’t had an opportunity to eat here since before Covid started and I haven’t been flying by way of BWI (Baltimore). More recent reviews may be more accurate than this one. Things change, but I enjoyed A-1 when I was last there.]“
“First and foremost Amy and Chris were awesome, I mean veryyy helpful. They definitely provided us with great suggestions and explained things very well (I tend to ask a lot of questions) lol. The atmosphere and view is very pleasant. However, given that the restaurant was not very full it would’ve been nice if we had better seats the tables are pretty small. So I would suggest that you ask for booth instead.Other than that thank you again Amy? and Chris you will do great there good luck to you ?“
“Stumbled across this place on a Saturday night while walking around in Mt. Vernon. It's clean, welcoming, and was bustling despite the late hour. It's a no frills place, exactly what you need on a late night :) Also love that they are open till 1am! We tried their greek gyro wrap and greek fries - both were yummy and filling enough to be shared between two. The wrap, fries and a drink cost $23.96The staff were very friendly and helpful despite it being busy a hour. We will definitely be back. Please continue to stay open late into the night!!“

I had two more lamb chops and a big plate with their special souce you put all over it, so dame good. You have to try their oreo cheese cake as well.
