“Met friends here for lunch. With 6 of us, we had to be creative for seating. Indoors works for parties of 2, and outside are three tables for 4 people. Staff was super helpful making accommodations for an allergy in our group and personally delivering our food which provided confidence. I got a GF Breakfast Wrap, which was delicious and filling. Tasted the broccoli soup - love that the broccoli was whole - and sampled a muffin and energy ball. Everything was delicious. My friend got the burger, and was a little disappointed at the small size. But otherwise everyone was very happy. Nice outdoor seating area, tucked in the alley so it's a bit quieter. Bathroom was clean, and filtered water available at a self serve area. I'd be here all the time if I was a local! Really appreciate vegan food made from scratch that is healthy and not greasy.“

“Stayed at a hotel nearby and found the Hive Bar as we walked the neighborhood. We were looking for something fast and tasty and the pizza did not disappoint!! They were trying out a new menu (for the Super Bowl) so we snacked on popcorn chicken and tatters as well. Tatters are a favorite!!“The” Old Fashioned cocktail was amazing!! Our bartender was an expert and made this delicious drink delicious every time!The bar is accessible, with a bar and tables on the first floor, and an elevator to the rooftop bar. The pizza/food is delivered from &Pizza which is attached to the hotel.Street parking was easy on the weekend.“

Falafel tastes really good, and I really like how they package up their sandwiches. I do wish the pita was warmed (it seemed cold), but everything else was great. This was one of the best meals I've had in a while. My friend and I had been dying to try their plant-based sushi and not only did it blow us away but the other dishes we tried were equally as incredible. Here's what we got for two people. We were quite full and took some leftovers: - ahi watermelon nigiri (2 pieces) x 2: If you didnt know this was made of watermelon you could absolutely mistake it for the real thing. The texture is mind blowing and the flavor is on point. Amazing way to start the meal (and end it because we ended up ordering another round to finish our meal) - unagi eggplant nigiri (2 pieces) x 2: So delicious. Definitely must order. The eggplant is super tender, just like eel. - spicy tuna roll: we ordered the hand roll but I think the server misheard so we ended up with the maki but it wasn't a big deal and i wasn't upset to get to try their take on maki rolls. I think their rice could use some work but this was still tasty! - Dan Dan noodles: incredible. Our server advised us to get the Dan Dan noodles over the Singapore noodles entirely because of the saucy-ness of this dish and he did not steer us wrong. These noodles are drowning in sauce (in the best way) Even though it's a peanut sauce it was perfectly balanced and creamy. The noodles themselves had a great chew and the use of kamut (a grain) in the dish as a substitute for the traditional ground pork was inspired. - bang bang broccoli: broccoli has never tasted this good. I mean it, not only is the broccoli is shockingly crispy while being perfectly cooked through the center, but the broccoli itself tasted so creamy and delicious unlike any broccoli I have had before. And the bang bang sauce is bangin too. All this being said, if you are trying to be choosy and try the most unique dishes, I would probably skip this dish in favor of more sushi. Overall, this was an incredible, unique, and innovative meal and I can't wait to go back to try more of the menu. This is how vegetables could and should taste, if only we put as much love into them as we do with meat. At least the chefs at Planta are listening.“

“Dodah's on Marlboro Pike, in District Heights, Maryland is finally open, y'all! If you want some good vegan food, you all better get your behinds over to Dodah's Kitchen. This teriyaki cauliflower and this sweet kale salad are delicious. I can't wait to go back to try the teriyaki chicken sandwich made from oyster mushrooms and the chickpea salad. They also have vegan fish, crab cakes, and a whole list of other deliciousness. The owner, Edwin, is a really nice guy and very accommodating. So Google their menu and head on over and get you some. “I really enjoyed the sushi at this place. It was so cool to get sushi that was very authentic, but like vegan! I've never had vegan sushi like that before. My husband got the Bao Buns and they were fine, but he wasn't in love. But, he's never had Bao Buns before so he didn't have a frame of reference. The place is in an odd spot to get to, though there is street parking. And then it's in this cooperative restaurant type space except it doesn't have a stall. There's a sign to knock on the kitchen door and then the person brings you the order. It wasn't really inconvient- I just wasn't sure I was in the right place multiple times.“

She said it was THE best fresh juices juice she'd ever had. Unfortunately they were out of both avocado and mushrooms, so I subbed brown rice and black beans. LOVED IT They roast the veggies, and just totally mix the greens and toppings n veggies altogether and dump it in a brown box! DELISH AND HUMONGOUS. I literally am on my 3rd meal of it, today! I'm gonna write to the moms in white marsh and ask why "we" don't have the ear in option? “I love the BBQ tofu. Its a nice sweet BBQ sauce with a little bit of a nutty flavor (not sure if there's actually nuts). The Mac and cheese is okay. Sometimes the cheese texture is similar to the texture of glue. I think I'm used to a different style of vegan Mac and cheese like Nu vegan or E life has. The people who work here are always nice and there's an interesting small plant based grocery connected to the restaurant that you can look around while waiting for your food.“
