Salmon is hard to get right and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-cooked and seasoned it was. My only suggestion is offer a spicy version as I added a bit of fresh pepper and it was even more delicious! My only regret is not ordering more baklava. WOW! Kinda sad I don't have more for my morning coffee now? Keep up the good work!“
