“I am a type 2 diabetic. I have a love/hate relationship with food. Finding something that won't spike my blood sugar super high is often difficult and frustrating. I chose the garlic chili salmon, a house salad and a jerk chicken meat only dish (for dinner).First of all, the garlic chili salmon was absolutely delicious. It was packed with flavor, not too spicy and not too sweet; the garlic and chili blend were perfect. My salad was fresh and packed with colorful vegetables such as grape tomatoes, red onion, romaine lettuce and shredded cheese.After about two hours from eating this delicious lunch, my blood sugar still remained within range. My meal was hearty, filling, flavorful and medically compliant. I am happy to say I will be returning.“

“Had several dishes here, and they were all great. Don't be afraid to ask for it spicy and that's how you get it. Service was excellent and prompt, food came out very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable for the area and the portion provided.Parking: Plenty of easy, free parking directly in front of the business.“

“Food is absolutely AMAZING. The only 2 things: Resturant is extremely small and tight. Everyone that came in was getting TO GO orders, and they only had 1 or 2 waiters for the whole restaurant. I get that it's small, and the 2 waiters they have are good, but they are the only 2, and they can't do everything for everyone so waiting to order or get drinks, silverware is a little challenging especially if the restaurant is busy!“

“Ambience: chill laid back..adult hang out. No children after 7pm. Reservations: seating is first come first serve, but if you have a big party, you can call or email to reserve a table for 2 hours. No show after 15 mins, the table is released. Just come in and find the table with your name on it. It could be in the bar area. Ordering food and drink: you will need to open a tab by placing a credit card on file. Order your food (at the food works station) and drink (at the bar). Once you are done eating, go to either spots to close the tab. FYI- no fountain drinks, just canned soda. Water is available on both sides. The food was AMAZING. Flavor flavor flavor!! We tried the aged ribeye, Thai chili wings, jerk chicken flatbread, and the chicken and frites. The only switch would be steak and frites instead of chicken and frites. Don't forget to try an ice cream sandwich!“

“Friendly service in the neighborhood favorite. Huge portions of delicious food, I have lamb skewers and my husband had the gyro platter, we both had leftovers for lunch the next day. “I came here with a group for a friend’s birthday. The food was great. It was lively. The service was awesome. There was a lot to choose from on the menu. The value for the cost was amazing. I haven’t spent that little on a meal for 4 in a really long time. Everyone enjoyed their food and the overall experience. Getting the Happy Birthday song in a sombrero was an added bonus. “Nice eating point, ambience is good. Food taste is average, ordered dal makhani which contained mixed lentils (yellow split gram). Have never tried a dal makhani with yellow grams, not tasted to expectations. Other things ordered was shahi paneer and naan which was good. In case you are a dal makhani lover so check it out. “Taste just like a quick breakfast you made at home. The kids love it and for 12.99 you get a heaping plate. It was convenient and had lots of different waffle options for the kids. It's not a place to sit down. You have to take your food and leave. Service is straight to the point so pls know what you want to order when ur in line. “Jerk chicken 10/10Brown stew chicken 9.5/10Beef patty 8.9/10Ive tried from many Jamaican restaurants and this is by far the best one for my liking. Flavor of Jerk chicken was out of this world. Packed with spices and flavors. Perfectly seasoned. I will try their curry chicken and oxtail next time.“

“3.9.24 They may be the best Japanese steakhouse I've been to. They are located in Montpelier Center. Unlike other Japanese restaurants I've been to, they have just a main room with an open layout for the hibachi. There is also a bar and sushi counter. There were 14 people in my party. My friend made reservations for 6:30. Upon arrival, we were informed there was a mistake with our reservations. We needed two tables so the girl's table was seated after approximately an hour wait. The boy's table took about 1.5 hours. The guys sat at the bar and ordered drinks while they waited. I ordered the Hibachi Sirloin Steak and Scallops with fried rice and Garlic Shrimp for my appetizer. Everything was flavorful. My favorites were the garlic shrimp which I've never had before and the steak as it was tender and not chewy. Service seemed a bit slow, but our server was attentive. Because of the mishap with our reservations, they comped the boys for a round of sake. Definitely enjoyed the yummy food and highly recommend it! Just make sure to confirm reservations and ask for a name.“

“I love Kloby's! The food is fantastic, the service welcoming and thoughtful. We celebrated a special date starting with the pork belly deviled eggs and jalapeño pork balls. The deviled eggs were my favorite (who doesn't love a deviled egg?); hubby loved the spicy pork balls. Both are must tries! Careful though, the spicy pork balls have a kick to them (increased just a smidge by the sauce they sit in), that you may not notice until you've eaten the entire thing! Make sure you have water to sip because they are just that good! For our mains we had the meal pictured below, though I had to bring a serving of the Jar-B-Que home to eat for lunch the next day. I will not let another year go by before visiting again!“

“A must pit stop when you're in Laurel MD. Great seafood, the lump crab cake is heaven. Try the crab meat cheese steak, you will definitely love it too. This is a grab and go place, there are a few sitting spaces outside for patrons to use but most opt to dine out. Food is reasonably priced. A very good place to get your seafood high.“

“Devon was the nicest and best waitress we ever had. My family and I often go to Kabu because we like the food. This time not only was the food good are waitress Devon was so wonderful. She was kind, nice and showed great patience. We came on a Monday so there weren’t a lot of chefs for Hibachi. There was a wait but she checked in to keep us updated. We didn’t mind waiting because of her. The chef we had that night was also wonderful. I almost didn’t come back to Kabu because the last waitress I had wasn’t nice. “This is not a Restaurant, if you look for the place there is a house that apparently sells beer, on one side you will see a white food truck and this is where you have to order the variety of dishes they offer.The price-quality-flavor are very good and they are very worth enjoying either right there on some tables that they have which would be uncomfortable in cold weather because it is outdoors, so it is better to order to go.“

“I went to the restaurant on Good Friday for pickup and I really enjoyed their food: from catfish to whiting to po' boy. It was crowded and service was stretched thin, but they delivered my food and got my order right. I tried out their different sauces and cheesecake and they were both amazing. The staff is very nice, the atmosphere is very good, it is spacious, has Mexican decorations, and two TV’s in case you want to watch Mexican news / US news in Spanish or Mexican Soccer. It's one of those places where you want to go back just because the staff is so nice, even if you somehow didn't like the food. The atmosphere is very very nice, great Americana diner, clean, and again everyone is super nice.I only took a point off the atmosphere because I wanted to mention that the menu is very very large. So, it can be difficult to decide what you want. But the good thing is that there's something for everyone, and they do it all well.I will say also that if you wanted to add things to your order it's a bit expensive. Normal meal is $15 ±$3, but adding an egg is $3, bacon is $5, etc.“

The grits were very very bland, so I would not order that dish again, but others are worth it... especially their juices.“

Location is 905 Washington Blvd - plaza next to LA Fitness.We ordered (2) Beef & Shrimp with Rice, Chicken & Salmon with Noodles, (5) piece Dumplings and (3) piece Shrimp Tempura. Everything was absolutely delicious & flavorful. Great portions too as the three of us have enough Leftovers for another meal. We dined in their small dining area.
