My husband and I had both our wedding ceremony and reception at the Rex Theatre! It turned out phenomenally. The Rex Manager, Kiera, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and worked so well with all the different vendors. The space is industrial, but my wedding felt very modern and elegant after all the decor. It was a great space with a good amount of flexibility. Being able to have all the wedding events in one location made everything so much easier.
In town visiting family and we came here for some pub food and a beer. The atmosphere was standard pub-like and they were setting up for trivia. We had burgers and Caribbean jerk wings. Burgers were fine, but the wings tasted like straight up salt, not sure who thought that was Caribbean jerk, but there was no smokey or fruity flavor consistent with jerk style wings - just straight salt. Excellent drinks and food. I am from the greater Seattle area, and it feels like a sexy downtown bar.We have been there also for a few of their events, and they were fabulous. Can not wait for better weather to enjoy their patio and a nice walk to the waterfront.
