The food has always been fresh and a good quality for the price. 700 South has continually maintained these attributes even today. Further, the employees, owners, and now their grown off-spring turned this into a very caring, quality business that strive for excellent service! This business thrives because of all these attributes from excellent food, great service, and fine detailed attention paid to each order! 700 South even has accolades for their food and has won cookoffs with their multiple prize-winning crab soup! They are always willing to try and accomodate, remove, and/or add items to selected menu listings as pre-specified.Dietary restrictions: One only has to ask about dietary restrictions and reach out to 700 South. For the most part they accommodate and offer alternative suggestions any time they have been contacted. Those receiving special dietary restricted meals have always been pleased with the provisions and I do run into this often with catering orders for work.Parking: Parking at prime lunch time can be slim, but one just has to circle around and maybe walk a tad further. It is a small place and the access road has reasonable off the main drag parking.“

I had a major showcase for 150+ guests and I received nothing but compliments on the entire spread. The serveware, florals, service…all what I envisioned! “Amazing shop! CA is hands down my favourite thing about living in Pigtown, and I'm in there usually at least once a week. The shop is stocked with an eclectic, wonderful variety of food and drink (lots of international imports as well as hyper-local, Baltimore-made offerings, and specialty finds from all over the States), and I always wind up leaving with more than I came in for. They also offer fresh baked goods (cookies, croissants, little pies both savory and sweet, breads, other dishes) and there have been nights where I've eaten a salted oatmeal cookie from CA or a pint of ice cream (they have Cajou, Taharka, Jeni's, McConnells, Van Leeuwen, Boba x Ice Cream, & many more I'm forgetting) as my dinner. The cheese section and frozen meat/seafood is also insane -- my favourite burrata ever (Zingerman's) was a CA find. They also have seasonal produce including staples like tomatoes and lettuce/greens and carrots, as well as things like figs and sugar plums.In addition, the owners and staff rock. They're friendly and knowledgeable and have offered suggestions for recipes/pairings when I've asked (and they don't hover while you browse, which is very nice). They truly care about what they offer, and the store is full of things that range from accessible (many kinds of ramen, hummus/lentil dip/tzatziki, jarred sauces of all kinds) to exotic (quail eggs, caviar, merguez, pate).I've honestly never been in another food market like CA, and I consider it a tremendous asset to Baltimore.“

“I attended a Bullroast, the food wasn't good at all. The fried and raw oyster were good. The fried chicken wings had feathers on them. The Maryland room that we were in must have been the kitchen in and out room to transport food to other parties. The guest dancing and the staff walking through the dance floor with carts taking desserts...etc to other party rooms. I recommend Martin's West but not the food.“

“Was at a wedding reception here on 3/30/24. The hall was spacious. Lots of room for people to dance and for people to walk by without having to bull rush people to get through. The food was incredible and the staff were very attentive. They served perfectly cooked out beef, ham, Turkey and Italian sausage. The side were just as good. An incredible Greek salad and a very tasty taco dip and a corn dip. My only warning is prepare to gain weight after an event here. The food was that good.“

The Catering Group is new to Baltimore but, is not new to the industry; there are highly skilled and knowledgable Hospitality Professionals with a solid foundation and undeniable experience. - I can't help but reiterate the word UNIQUE when it comes to Allora because, it's one of a kind in my own word.My history on Italian Cuisine is this: I've eaten at Carmines in New York City and ate at countless Italian take out spots/resturaunts growing up in NYC/NJ. “I had April's Table cater a bridal shower. The food was very good. I had more than a few compliments on it. Thank you for doing such a great job on the food. The women that delivered the food was absolutely delightful. My only one suggestion would be to have the office staff bush up on their customer service skills. Maybe because it was just a bridal shower and not a big wedding. I felt like she could not be bothered with me. Asked her to call me, never got a call. Ask if there was a good time I could call her, evidently there was not. The five stars is for the food but customer service does matter.“

We were perhaps not as ready for set up as we should have been when the caterers arrived at our house and yet everything ended up running perfectly. We have used their services for events ranging from 75 to 15 people and every time the set-up is incredible, food is amazing, and we never have to think of anything...they do everything! “We ordered in from the Pantry twice, once for the 4th of July weekend and again for our minimony reception dinner. We tried their Chinese barbeque ribs, a unique spin on the quintessential Cantonese char siu pork. The flavors were spot-on and the ribs were perfectly cooked. Another highlight was the Swedish canapé kit, which featured smoked salmon belly served on mini blinis. Even the simple comfort dishes like beef-a-roni were delicious! Despite all items arriving chilled and having to reheat them there was no hint of the dreaded loss of flavor typically associated with leftovers - it’s about as close you can get to restaurant quality without dining in or ordering fresh takeout. The Pantry’s dedication to serving spectacular dishes inspired by a multitude of culinary influences comes across in spades. It’s been a total team effort as sous chef Dave delivered our order both times. Looking forward to have them cater our wedding reception next year ... fingers crossed! “The food is exceptional, although it can be found looking up Chinese food, it's Japanese American hibachi style food. It's the only "Chinese" my husband will eat. I am a little disappointed that they don't offer pork, but I do understand their reasoning. Would definitely recommend.“

“Delicious lunch boxes very low cost you get a sandwich potato salad pickle cookie and a mint. Cost $11.00 add tax. You have to order 5 boxes for delivery. They also have wonderful loaves of bread. Great for offices or if you're having a meeting. The lady who delivers is so personable.“

“Delicious fast casual Mediterranean choice right by the hospital! They are only open on weekdays so we drove into the city for a quick lunch. Street parking was easy and plentiful.I ordered the falafel plate (you can get regular or spicy falafel) and my boyfriend got the lamb and beef shawarma pita pocket. Both were delicious. It is served chipotle style where you decide pita or plate, and then it is an assembly line with topping choices. I picked every topping on my plate and am happy and full. My boyfriend's one complaint was that they did not have olives as one of the choices for toppings, but I am not an olive fan so no complaints here. My falafel plate was reasonable priced at $10.“

“Decided not to cook last night and instead stopped at EHVFS for their food truck event. Got seafood for 2 family members & Menke Boys BBQ was just across the way and hopping. I got a brisket sandwich with fries and got my son a pork bbq sandwich with fries. Mine was delicious and my son also really liked his sandwich! Also got some ribs and some burnt ends & although I spent a decent amount of money, the food was absolutely to die for. Highly recommended by me!“

First, their tasting was complimentary (with the biggest portion sizes and best tasting food), when the other two places we went to cost us upwards of $150! Then, Lori did a really great job walking us through the whole process and answering our many questions. Most importantly, they made our wedding fabulous. From the seamless set up, to working with our other vendors, to the incredible service from their very sweet and efficient staff, to the amazing food - they nailed it! At the end of the night, a family member asked who catered the wedding. We replied "Absolutely perfect" and they said "I know it was, that's why I want to know who did it!"
