“After stumbling out of a nearby establishment leaving because of bad service. We looked up places for an afternoon beer and food. Found this amazing establishment, walked up the stairs and into the bar and instantly felt at home. Whole staff was topnotch instantly made you feel welcome. If I'm ever staying nearby again in OC, will definitely comeback!“
“Love this second local incarnation of Shottis. Not all menu options are the same as the downtown OC location, but overall delicious. This place is spacious with ample TV screens for watching seasonal sports etc and the signature surfing is on the main screen above the bar. Looking forward to a second visit in the near future.Parking: Not enough parking for size of restaurant but there is an overflow lot next door so look for that and you should be fine.“
“I was very disappointed in my visit to Mother’s. I have been here many times over the years, and the traditional margarita (made without mix) was really great! The food, however, was really not up to par. The enchilada sauce tasted like bar-b-que sauce, oddly sweet. The shrimp inside were like rubber, had to cut them with a knife. Go for drinks, head elsewhere for dinner.“
“My wife and I shared a pizza and wings. It was the perfect amount of food. The uncle Joe pizza was just fantastic, the pizza sauce and the meatballs had great flavor and highly recommended. The jerk spiced wings were also excellent and great flavors. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Will definitely go again“
