“I reviewed this place when I first moved to the area. It was average. Decent food. Nothing great. Now there's new ownership and it's a lot better. Today I had a cheesesteak that was pretty good. My only complaint was the hots are really vinegary and overpowering. The young man at the counter was very polite and helpful. This place has definitely improved.”

“Parking: There are a few spaces on the same lot as the restaurant off to the side, then there is a lot across C St from it with a decent amount of spaces and there are sometimes spaces on C St between the restaurant and the other parking lot.”

“I had the daily special carnitas tacos that were very good, but the fried deviled eggs were not good at all.. the crunchy sensation didn't do it for me with a generally soft appetizer. It was a decent spot for the large group we had.”

“I came here last week to pick up some food for me and my mom so I don't have to cook all the time. I got the spinach and brie quiche, the Italian roasted vegetables, and the core slaw. Everything was so delicious and fresh! I would like to see more info on the food packaging such as ingredients and nutrients. Also, I tried to microwave the containers-- not a great idea! Lol. Also, would love to see some low sodium options. I will be back to see what Lovejoy's has every couple of weeks when I need a break from cooking again. “Omi's is a cut above most Japanese and Chinese fusion restaurants. The food is easy to enjoy over and over.I had the Salmon and Steak Teppanyaki which was quite shocking as it was well seasoned and paired well with my lite lunch appetite. I had some yum yum sauce and eel sauce and didn't need to add anything because the meat was not dry. The fillet and stake was a well done dish.The food is great and service is super fast because I came there and in less than 7 mins me and about 5 other people plus some dashers were able to pick up food fresh as fast as we ordered it. Plus they didn't skimp on portions either because you got what you paid for, which is a hot, off the grill, and not a frozen or preheated or semi sweetened food.Only thing I didn't know, or like was that it was not as visible from the main road. Which is after the Little Caesars and next to the bowling lanes. Otherwise, I would have came here first instead of the Panda Express which was kinda off the beat. One more thing was that it was a okay experience because all the chairs were metal. I just need better place to sit down... that's all.I will try the sushi rolls, or vegetarian options next time.Parking: 20 to 30 in the strip mallKid-friendliness: Easy menu for kids and places to sit down with them as well.”

“Made-To-Order food hardly comes by these days. For over 7 years, James has stood by his concept of serving only fresh food daily despite all the odds, a thing that probably only fellow hands-on cooks would completely understand.Besides the freshness, we also admire James’ manner of preparing the authentic Filipino dishes. The breading/seasoning does not compromise the original flavor of the main ingredients. It is obvious that James makes his own mixes & concoctions from scratch & tirelessly develop day in & day out. Moreover, the friendliness of James & his staff are genuine which makes this place a kitchen so close to home feels.As a Filipino myself, I highly recommend this restaurant. Aside from consistently experiencing the total Filipino hospitality everytime we dine-in or pick-up something to go, the taste of the food is sooo good, too! This place may be quite far to drive, but we don’t mind at all. It is worth it.
