“We just had the most delicious meal at McFauls! We regularly eat at this restaurant and love it, but when the menu changed a few months ago, they had removed some of our favorites. Thankfully, they have put the delicious fish tacos back on the menu! The Carne Asada tacos were also very delicious as well as the burger and sweet potato fries. The portions were generous, and the side salads were yummy! There’s a great vibe in the bar area and also love the room with the fireplace. McFauls is a go-to for us and we will be returning soon. Huge shout out to our outstanding server Sarai who was amazing.“
“I came here last week to pick up some food for me and my mom so I don't have to cook all the time. I got the spinach and brie quiche, the Italian roasted vegetables, and the core slaw. Everything was so delicious and fresh! I would like to see more info on the food packaging such as ingredients and nutrients. Also, I tried to microwave the containers-- not a great idea! Lol. Also, would love to see some low sodium options. I will be back to see what Lovejoy's has every couple of weeks when I need a break from cooking again. Thanks, Lovejoy on Harford Road in Parkville, I will be back!“
“My husband and I live in TN and called and spoke with John about an odd request to order some Sour Beef and Dumplings to get to his 104 year old great grandfather, who lives on the eastern shore by Ocean City, where there are no places with good sour beef and dumplings. John was an absolute delight to speak with and he was absolutely happy to help us out. We made arrangements that when one of his family members or employees went out that way for any vacations, they would drop it off to the house for us. Several weeks had gone by, but one day I had received a phone call from John saying that he was going to the beach the following week and would still be happy to prepare the food and drop them off for us. We were so pleased that he remembered and that it was still something that he was willing to do for complete strangers. After that, everything went as planned and not only did he drop them off, but he went inside and showed him how to put it all together. My husband's great grandfather was surprised and so happy, and he loved his food! We will forever appreciate the work this man has done to help our family with this odd request. Thank you so much, John and crew!!“
“Valley view is a bar and restaurant, I took the family last week. Good American food, good specials and fair prices. Hard to feed a family of 4 anywhere else for such a good price. Staff is friendly. I have been several times in the past never been disappointed. Will be back ?“
“Four of us decided to come in for dinner on Easter Sunday after attending the O's game. We wanted to make sure the meal would be great bc it was also our dad's 81st birthday and we didn't want another disappointment for him since the O's lost to the Angels. My sister is a semi-regular here and said it would be a good choice so we decided to give it a go. The meal started w warm slightly sweet yeast rolls and butter which were tasty and took the edge off. We all chose the side All American salad as our premium side with our entrees. I chose the basil vinaigrette dressing and loved it. Others enjoyed their blue cheese and ranch selections. For entrees, I got the 6 oz filet w a baked potato. This was a great choice and I even had leftovers. Our dad got the 7 oz sirloin and he was very happy with his selection. My brother got the chicken marsala over wild rice w steamed broccoli, delicious. And my sister got the pork chops in marsala sauce w mashed potatoes which was equally delicious. We were all stuffed so no dessert (even for the birthday boy), and we all agreed that we would definitely be back soon bc this meal was so good. Side note, we got all of this food for around $95 pre-tip so it was also a good value (esp after spending over $63 at Camden Yard for four hot dogs, three bottles of water and one fountain soda). Thanks for a great meal All-American Steakhouse, see you soon!“
“Here is the dining experience review in both Mandarin and English. The following is the Chinese version of my dining experience. This is a Chinese-style buffet restaurant in my opinion, visited around 8 pm on a Saturday night, with a waiting time of about five minutes.Ambiance: The restaurant is quite clean, and the floors don't feel sticky. I noticed the staff continuously replenishing food and wiping down the steam tables. It's spacious, with around 40 tables seating at least four people each.Food: There are ten buffet stations:•Sushi section: offering sashimi and sushi rolls.•Hibachi: where you can select ingredients for the chef to cook.•Chinese dishes: including sweet and sour chicken, broccoli beef, potstickers, sesame balls, and more.•Seafood: fried crab legs, shrimp, clams, mussels, crawlfish, fish fillets, etc.•American fare: pizza, fries, garlic bread, pasta, fried chicken, chicken nuggets, ribs.•Cold selections: salads, shrimp, Chinese cold dishes•Desserts: cupped ice cream, pudding, pies, carrot cake, fried doughnuts, fruits.Service: We were seated near the service area, and the staff were quick to replenish drinks and clear plates. My family enjoys sushi, and the sashimi here was quite fresh for a buffet. The price was reasonable, but the dessert options were limited, and the ice cream was a bit hard to scoop. Overall, it's a buffet worth recommending.——————This is a Chinese buffet restaurant, visited around 8pm on a Saturday night and the wait time was about five minutes.Environment: The restaurant is very clean, the floor is not sticky, and you can see the staff have been replenishing food and wiping the hot table. “The Bowman is as flexible as a restaurant can really get! Seems to me there's a new chef whom I'd advise they treat VERY WELL, because the menu has taken a quantum leap into awesomeness. There are plenty of American food items, but someone in the back of the house has Italian roots and incredible culinary acumen! (Aurancini?! REALLY?! Oh, my. That was a joy!) The atmosphere is varied. The bar area has high-tops and lots of TV's; the dining area (white tablecloth) may be a bit affected by the bar area unless in the back room. But nice, open feeling as dining area is an atrium. There's a ballroom, I think, as well as an outdoor enclosed area where happy hours feature live music. I do believe Magooby's Joke House still uses the 'below decks' banquet room & they get great acts. So glad Bowman made it through C19... Hamilton/Parkville & surrounding area staple restaurant. Enjoy! Consistently great.Parking: Both sides of the building have ample parking. If you enter on the Northside, I think you have to walk in the sidewalk to the south front of the building to get inside, but not sure. I don't quite know where the handicapped spots are, actually. I took my service dog. No problems.Wheelchair accessibility: Park on the south side of the building to enter the restaurant through the bar. I'm not sure where the handicapped spots are. Park on the Northside to go out on the covered outdoor deck.“
“I will say this about Olympia, Harry and his staff make consistently good food. Have ordered there a ton over the years and have never really had a terrible experience with the food. I don't love some of the price increases and the portion decreases that have happened over the last couple years. Got the chicken parm which was one of my favorites a few weeks ago, and it was good, but it used to be great, and the best thing on the menu outside of the buffalo chicken pizza. Still think it's probably one of the top quarter or so italian/indian restaurants in the Harford Road Corridor (there's a lot of them) but I'm not sure I would say it's better than what it was in 2015. Still generally good though. I would say that they need to invest in dine-in at some point. I think they could find better booths and chairs for this seating area from a yard sale. It's time to move on from the old setup.“
“My first time there and I went solo dolo but felt welcomed just walking up to the door. The men outside smoking greeted me and opened the door. The bar was full but I sat at the "overflow" bar seats which was actually perfect for me. Bartender was attentive and nice. My cheesesteak was delicious and the regulars were friendly! My drink was on point too. I will probably be a regular here soon!“
“Since moving to B More and Hamilton neighborhood I started going to Pappa's, when I got tired of their lackadaisical customer service I found Mo's. It served the purpose for salmon and adult beverages, but then I found Crackpot with all day happy hour and the food was pretty good especially the daily specials (do not order the prime rib, it's sub prime). When their news owners cleaned house and let everyone go, the people made the place special and now they are gone especially Larry who'd worked there 50 years. Not going back. Then I started going to Marias with low expectations. However once they know you you will get tasty but fried food and great low priced adult beverages. They even put in new chairs. I recommend Maria's if you are on a budget and want to hang locally. Some of the customers look tough but they are actually all chill.“
“Very friendly staff and quick service whether you're doing take out or delivery.Better than average (for the area) pizza with a great sauce. Their pastas are also tasty. The wings are large and can be either breaded or naked and come in a variety of sauces or seasoning. My personal favorite is the old bay wings naked ordered extra crispy.“
“Firehouse Tavern has something for Everyone! Great food & drink selection. Ask about daily food specials. Delicious steak platter, shrimp & burgers. Portions are plentiful & cooked to perfection. Complements to Firehouse Chef!Large TVs, Two ? ball pool tables, play music & keno. Weekly karoke & live band performances. Servers work hard. Tip em" well. Shout out to Tiffany & Kelly!“
“There's a lot of places you can go to get a burger. But this place stands out. The food was perfectly cooked. Fries fresh , and they have onion rings ! Milkshake was creamy, not watered down. All our burgers were on point , not over cooked , soft bread, toppings abundant. Attentive staff. everyone behind the counter was busy doing their work , I didn't see anyone on their cell phone or standing around doing nothing. Food was ready no regular time. the dining room was clean, no greasy table tops or greasy floors like other burger joints I visited. Bathroom was also clean, well stocked with soap and toilet paper. 10/10 I would definitely come back here. Forgot to take pictures because I was enjoying my meal !“
“One of my grandmother favorite places to get crab cakes so we took her for mother's day.i didn particularly like that they had a limited menu for mother's day but as always the crab cakes we're goodParking: Large parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Ramp entrance & stairs with ramp option“
