You still get 5 stars today...even if you had zero ice cream. I get it. It happens. Usually it's a pretty easy experience.
We purchased a happy meal in the drive thru; they were efficient, and the food was hot.
Had an inaccurate sign on the door. The display states that dining room is open 24 hours... it's not. Staff was very polite, though.

McDonald's is a popular spot for a quick bite, especially after work or late at night. The food is usually hot and fresh, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The night shift, in particular, is known for its excellent customer service, with a manager who goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel appreciated. The menu includes items like a double cheeseburger and vanilla cone, which many customers find enjoyable. However, the restaurant can be inconvenient and a bit unusual to use, with no visible LED or menu to easily place orders because the LED station is often not working. Some customers have noted that inside, staff may be sweeping or mopping the floors while the counters and tables remain dirty, which can be frustrating. The drive-thru can also be slow during busy hours, leading to longer wait times. Overall, McDonald's remains a reliable choice for hot and fresh meals, with a team that cares about its customers even if the place has some issues with cleanliness and setup.
