“3-4 times a week a I always place an order here at this location. The food is always fresh, the staff is always super friendly, and the cleanliness of the place is done correctly. For some reason, today the service has not been its best. The manager has a nasty attitude. The way he was talking to his staff in front of the customers was not called for. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:27. 9:31 on of the staff asked if he could help me. Once i told him about my order, he went back to get my order for me. The manager told him to move (I'm not going into details) and didn't want to hear what the young man had to say. The manager needs a customer service class.“

“It’s my last night in Baltimore and we wanted something good to eat. The whole downtown area seems to have lost its zest. I remember it being so much livelier. We went to a few spots. It the food just didn’t look good. We ended up to this area just to see what they offered.I’m not big on pizza so this would have been my last choice but l eat me tell you something after reading the reviews I knew this was were we ate for the night. The food was very goodWe had some honey old bay wings with cheesesteak sliders (3) and old bay garlic parm French fries all items from the happy hour menu.“

“I got a chicken pita wrap with Greek fries and both were so good! The wrap was super packed with everything, very filling and stuffed with toppings for such a small looking pita! Everything was wrapped nicely and nothing got soggy despite delivery. I just wish the fries were covered in some sauce, while the cheese and the flavors are great, they're kinda minimal and they don't give the fries the drenched feel I was looking for. I'll probably try a different side next time!“

“Food was amazing! Service was not great. Waited 20min to even get offered water. Then had to wait 30 min for the bill. Server never checked on us once. Other tables near us were having similar issues. The restaurant was not full and there were multiple servers, so didn't seem understaffed. Would go back because the food was so good and it's close, but won't plan on it being quick.“

“We popped in for a bite late this afternoon. We ordered the foccacia with whipped ricotta (arguably the best foccacia we have EVER had, the salmon crudo (the lemon and yogurt were perfect components) and the swordfish meatballs (these were phenomenal and expertly paired with a creamy polenta). We cannot wait to go back!“

“Was craving a poke bowl and decided to try this place after passing it multiple times in Towson and overall good reviews on yelp. Usually I go to poke bowl in hunt valley but didn't feel like driving so I ordered FOD poke bar through grub hub. Ordering was easy and the whole order was correct when I received it. They give you SO much food and makes it worth the price. I got half salmon and half spicy tuna - the fish was pretty fishy smelling but tasted fine. Expected this but regardless really good food. I got an order of the Takoyaki which were delicious, a little soggy when they arrived but still flavor was expected. I would order again but overall poke bar in hunt valley takes the cake.“

“Amazing Hand-cut halal spot in the area; my wife & I moved to Ellicott City recently and this restaurant has been our go to ever since.In the past few months the menu has expanded and the interior ambiance has vastly improved.Shout to out my man "Money" working the kitchen.“

“I ordered catering from Big Greek Cafe for my son’s baptism. The food was amazing, and my family and friends could not stop complimenting the spread. Petros and his staff were such a pleasure to work with. Fresh food and quality customer service!“

“Good food and a nice location. There is always a table available, and the service is good. I enjoyed the two meat platter. The brisket and naby back ribs were delicious. They have multiple sides for you to choose from. They always have a seasonal dessert available. The sauces are available for purchase if you enjoyed them. There's plenty of parking available“

“Friendly service, super loud inside, both music and people. It has a good vibe if you are there before a game like I was. If you go inside, you will need to order at the bar, and then you just pick a table and hang out. I'm game day that was basically no tables or seats available. So I ended up ordering and walking about 20 minutes in 20° weather and snow and ended up having tater tots loaded. The tots were still crispy on the outside somehow, not crunchy, but that's on me because I took so long to eat it. The sauce on top with the crispy bacon, which actually was still crispy! And there was a good amount of cheese all over it as well. I highly recommend it“

“Everything about this place was chef's kiss. The complimentary shuttle was so convenient and perfect for our family. We had a large group with some young kids and our waitress was fabulous. The food was to die for, it was probably the best carbonara I've ever had, I just wish I was closer so I could get it all the time.“

“Made a stop here on our road trip to Washington DC. The neighbourhood felt clean, friendly, and safe. Easy to find and we parked in a large outdoor lot nearby for free. The pizza parlour was spacious and bright. The pizza fresh and delicious. My kids and I loved it!“

“I walked into a clean friendly environment. I ordered food for the family and had a discussion with the owner. The staff was really friendly and nice as well. I watched as they cooked our food and can say they practice very safe food handling practices. When I got home we all opened our subs and began eating them. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak, let me tell you the chicken was not fried out like I have experienced with other food places and the roll was just right. “I'm on a search to find the best New York style pizza.....and let me tell you, this place is becoming my new favorite! It's consistent and it has the crunchy button with the nice fold! If you know, you know! Only issue I have so far is the sausage, it's not the kind of sausage I'm used to getting on pizza. It's more like hamburger meat when cooked and chopped up. The flavor isn't bad, it's just not something I really enjoy on my pizza. Other than that this place is awesome. The pizza is really tasty and look fresh! I recommend getting a whole pie or slices. They also serve other things here which look really good.“

“I have to say, I've been to a few different Chick-fil-A's and this one has been by far the best one I have ever gone to. First of all it's extremely well organized as soon as you walk thru the door to place your order. The staff is amazingly nice. This location is insanely clean and you see the employees constantly cleaning as your there. The restrooms and neat, sanitized and actually smell nice. The food is hot and delicious. Staff walks around checking to see if you need anything else. Also the Manager Croix Bishop literally stops by each table to greet each customer and see how their experience at this location was going. Ultimately an employee stopped by our table and offered us after dinner mints when we finished our meal. So thank you to the awesome staff and manager Croix Bishop for such a fantastic visit to your location.“

“I love going here. However this was the first time I had to pay for corn bread which I never knew they charged for it. Nobody ever charged me before and I guess the person serving it heard me question it and ended up giving me 2 pieces. I paid for it I just didn't know they charged. I was just taken back. Bathrooms are clean and my daughter actually behaved. I love the music too. The shrimp was surprisingly good.“

“The food here is good and they are relatively quick with getting orders out during the busy lunch hours during the week. They didn't give me the correct food I ordered but it wasn't a big deal, just check your bag before you leave! If you aren't a big eater I would recommend a kids meal even for adults - chicken nuggets, fries, and you can replace the toy with their ice cream for free! (Plus a kids drink) All for a good deal too.“

“We were looking for a spot to escape Baltimore traffic and this location is just off the highway in a strip. Inside, it’s plain, no frills, some seating. We saw a few folks grab takeout while we were there. We don’t have anything like this where we are from so a build your own Poke bowl sounded intriguing to me and it’s a great idea! I was probably a little too ambitious in my choice because my kids and my senior mother were kind of ho-hum about it. After we left, my teenager wanted a pizza. Although he liked the sushi parts of the bowl, the other add-ins were just too complex for him. I think a kid’s menu would have helped my 11 year old buy into it more as well. But their lack of enthusiasm was no reflection of the food, which was delicious. The premade specialty Poke bowls are VERY sloppy but the portions are huge! If I tried it again, I’d build my own and go leaner. The owner brought us spring rolls on the house. Delicious!“

I was very grateful because l just left the hospital. My dad was sadly admitted and was waiting with him until a room became available, so l was very hungry and thirsty by the time l left. The presentation of the sandwiches was great. His sandwich was huge! My only complaint is that my French fries were cold and my sandwich had so much mustard. The service was ok- they were kind of quiet and not really enthusiastic. I really liked the pour system they had because it gave a lot of good options for beverages.“

“This family owned business has the best steamed crab. I got crabs twice in a week. They were so fresh and good. One of the sons waited on me both times. I was going to eat my crabs in the park. I rather pick up the food than dining in. The waitress never smile and it feels uncomfortable asking them to get me anything. We were so lucky to stumble upon this place and will definitely be making it a regular stop whenever we come through this way.The people were so nice and attentive to bring our next course whenever we finished one. Sushi was so on point, and perfect portions. The salmon in particular was amazing and almost melt in my mouth as well as the salmon roe.It was all topped off with a surprising complimentary piece of cake at the end which was like a perfect little kiss at the end of our meal. “I had a taste for pizza on my way home. And this restaurant caught my eye from the intersection. After ordered my meat lovers pizza, i was able to watch it being made. They make thier own dough. I was impressed when I saw a fist size ball of dought be transformed into a flat crust twirling in the air. When i finally got it home. I was not disappointed. The crust was not too thin. And had just the right crunch to it. The topping were well spread and even with all the meat. It wasnt greasy. A really great pizza!“

He needs a shout-out for outstanding professionalism, patience and capacity dealing with an online order for a business meeting that could have been a disaster but ended well and the problem was solved. I met him at the Baltimore Nally Fresh but later learned he is a manager at this Hunt Valley location and just happened to be in the city the day of our order issue. Turns out, they have a new system and wasn't online. Nino didn't miss a beat. He mobilized the Baltimore staff to pull together our very large order, took my number and followed up after researching and resolving the issue.
