“I needed a cup of coffee to wrap up my morning, and it was piping hot and fresh at Dunkin' Donuts on Liberty Road in Randallstown. Service was friendly and efficient. I could not help but see purple iced donuts in the case and had to have one, actually two, a regular and a cream filled. To top it off, I got two sesame bagels to take home for lunch. It was a comforting experience on a cold day.“
“Service was exceptionally quick given it was during the breakfast rush. Food was hot and tasty, my only problem was that half my order was wrong. I was missing a side of eggs and my Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit was missing the bacon. Otherwise everything was great.“
“I had no idea what we were in for. What a pleasant surprise! You know it's an exceptional spot when there is a swarm of people continuously going in and out--nonstop. Busy, busy, busy! When you walk in you are serenaded with easy acoustic music and your nose goes in overdrive due to the numerous sweet aromas--chai, espresso, cakes, breads and pastries. The back and right sides are areas deemed for sitting, gathering, studying and...eating! The cash wrap is in the middle section and the items for sale are on the left. There is NO direction or signs on how or what to do when you get in so I figured I'd make my review a bit of a guide: If you're here solely for picking up an order, making a custom order, grabbing a slice of cake or for coffee, you can go straight to the cash wrap. If you are here for pastries (etc.), you'll start on the left. This area is self-serve. Grab a tray, a tray liner and OPEN the little disinfectant oven container to grab a pair of tongs. Brace yourself. You are now ready to turn around into the abyss of desserts. DON'T THINK ABOUT CALORIES. DON'T THINK ABOUT BEING JUDGED FOR ADDING 100 TREATS TO YOUR TRAY. TREAT YO'SELF. Along the wall are breads, coffee beans, and other bagged items. The containers in the middle of the section contains all the freshly made items which you can open yourself and use your tongs to place them on your tray. Each item has a display card that includes ingredients and calorie information. If you want to remember what you selected, take a picture because the packaging is not English. *In addition to the pastries, there are cakes and cake pieces--cake pieces are only available until they last--you MUST try one. Cakes is what Tous Les Jours excels at. The cake section is on the left side of the cash wrap. If you want cake, you'll order it at the cash wrap. I tried the sweet potato pastry (5/5), the melon bread (2/5), strawberry shortcake (2/5), chai tea (3/5), milk crème bread (5/5), strawberry yogurt cake (5/5). It is officially my favorite bakery.“
“Went to Kokee for the first time because of Major Def's fundraiser. The workers were so nice and patient even though I didn't know what to order. Ended up getting the Brown Sugar Dalgonatte and it was so tasty, will be going back again!“
“This was a wonderful spot to work remotely for two days while traveling. Delicious coffee, great food (with a lot of options!) and really nice service, and a good relatively quiet spot to setup laptop with accessible outlets in the back of the shop! Highly “
“Love this old town Ellicott city Café. It’s filled with characters and chill vibes.Even though it’s located on the edge of the old town. It does not make parking any easier. They do have their own little parking lot. However, given the amount of customers they have on daily base. This little parking lot is filled up fairly quick. Most of the time we have to look for parking on the side streetsThey have an extensive menu for sandwiches and coffee drinks. Also fresh pastries in the bakery displays. Tasty coffee, chai, & more.Friendly and efficient services. The favorite seats for most will be the ones close to the window. Just perfect… ☕️?Highly recommended by @winedinenvacay“
“Major props for treating gluten free bread as the half-sized slices they are. This is the first place I've been to that spreads the sandwich contents across two small sandwiches. Every other place either attempts to stuff the insides onto puny slices (rarely) or more likely, simply gives you less. In those places, not only are you paying through the nose for GF bread, but you then get less food for the privilege. NOT SO at Atwater's. On top of delicious creations, you also get generous servings and can enjoy your meal like anyone else. Coincidentally had two meals in 3 days here and will be back!Dietary restrictions: GF“
“My friends and I love Ocha Mocha! The vibes of the place are so good, and they play the most interesting music! It's a versatile place; you can go with friends and hangout, or go alone and get some work done. The staff are all friendly, coffee is great, and the food is pretty good, too. My go to oder is an Iced Ocha Mocha with almond milk. It never misses! Parking can be tricky, but there is a lot you can pay to park in if you are not able to park on the street. The only downside was that our food did take about 20 minutes because they had forgotten about it. It was worth the wait, though!“
“Georgia Grace Cafe is 5/5 in every way! Everything I’ve had there is absolutely delicious and you can just taste how fresh everything is. The atmosphere is super cute and matches the vibe of Historic Ellicott City perfectly. If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch, GG is the way to go!“
“This neighborhood gem is a cozy, comfortable and not-too-big cafe in a historic building in the heart of Reistertown that serves great coffee and some pastries at reasonable prices. Great place to come and sit down with a book and to relax. Friendly staff, good amount of seats and tables, and ample free parking in the back. Family friendly too. Highly recommended!“
“Don't let the outside appearance of this place discourage you from coming in. It is hidden from the main road so you won't be able to see it when driving. But you will never regret it. The food is delicious, and the inside atmosphere is nice and clean. Give it a try and see for yourself.I ordered the j4 beef vegetable, and I enjoyed it very much, especially on that cold day where you can still see traces of snow left from last night. My partner ordered the hotpot bibimbap, and she was a little disappointed about it being a little bit dry on the palette, but once she added a little soysouce, she said it was better. The bibimbap tasted yummy even without the soy sauce. It was just a little dry. I still recommend you check them out and try different things on their menu. They also offer shaved ice, which I will try when I come back. Maybe during summer.“
“I am highly impressed with the level of service and food quality at this Caffe. The place has a divvy feel to it. I loved the quirky decor and the humous conversation between the cook and the man in front. They were so friendly and in sync, I could not tell if they were co-owners. I kept it simple: classic breakfast and a more "trendy" beverage. Nailed both. At any other place, I would've paid $6 for the spiced chai tea close to $20 for the breakfast. Here. Less than $20 for both. For me, the best part of the service was hearing what I wanted and serving it right, 10/10 recommend“
“I didn't eat anything but they do have a couple of gluten-free pastries. My latte was very tasty and the outdoor seating is cute & vibrantly quaint on this cloudy day. The servers were quick and efficient. Kind of wish there was somewhere to sit inside as there's only outdoor seating.“
“This place is a hidden gem. The coffee is outstanding every time and I love the rotating menu of pastries. I've tried over a dozen different treats and every one of them has been amazing. If you haven't been here yet, you have to try it. But make sure you get there early, once they're out of pastries, they're out for the day.“
“The coffee there is very good and they have creamer and sugar packages you can add yourself. They have delicious bread options too all for good prices. I also recommend trying or sharing their bingsu with friends. The store has a great atmosphere for doing work as well.“
“Pricing is a little high but it's a fun place with good coffee, my wife and I play board games there every now and then on our off days or after church. The employees there are very nice and do a great job, I only know the names of Nicole and David but they all are superstars.“
“I like everything about this place; I’d almost consider myself a regular. Your drinks are made to order and Gong Cha offers many ways to make it yours with sweetness level, amount of ice, and add-ons. This location is kept clean, and has a good vibe to it.“
“My husband and I are big fans of gong Cha as their tees are amazing both in selection and flavor. We were also super excited to try out Kyoto Matcha's desserts and Matcha-based drinks. I had a Matcha lemonade and it was absolutely lovely husband had a gong Cha, Earl Grey, tea with bubbles and crème brûlée foam. I also grabbed a slice of the absolutely out of this world Sakura cheesecake. The service was amazing the young ladies and gentlemen, that work there were absolutely friendly, and did everything in under two minutes, and the actual location itself was super clean and just really inviting and welcoming. Definitely a great place to stop for a snack and a drink.“
“Cozy and intimate cafe. The service and food were great, with a short wait time from ordering to receiving food. The atmosphere was warm and inviting; I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in the door.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are not clearly labeled, but there is at least one option in every menu section.“
“Bubble tea is great but service is very inconsistent. Often staff don’t acknowledge you when you enter or fail to offer to take your order. On one occasion the staff working was fast asleep on the counter at 4pm. The sitting area is often dirty.“
“The staff, especially the Manager Mike Whalen, were amazing! They all display friendly and courteous attitudes which makes this a wonderful dining experience! The menu offers many delicious dishes, and the biscuits , especially the shortbread biscuits are to die for! As long as Mike continues his impeccable management I will remain a regular customer! Kudos to Mike and his entire staff!Vegetarian options: There are extensive vegan options and some special request can be accommodatedParking: There is unlimited parking in both the lot and street parkingKid-friendliness: I saw families with small children and there was no disruption to the atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spaces directly at the front door and there are no steps leading in or out.“
“Love this place! Their bagels and sandwiches are fresh and delicious. We come here once a week for lunch, and they never disappoint. Super nice staff. If you haven’t tried the S’mores cream cheese spread, it’s heavenly! 10/10 recommend.“
“There’s a hidden gem of a bakery in Baltimore owned an operated by a wonderful French family who brought their love and culinary expertise with them which is why I highly recommend Croustille Cafe. Whether you’re in the mood for their olive bread, baguette or a croissant, this is place go.“
“The customer service is great. There is a gentlemen at the window today. He is always positive, friendly and respectful. I was looking for the name(s) to be on the receipts of the individuals that I’ve been serviced by, but I don’t see the names listed. The guy from yesterday is positive and respectful, as well. Everyone has great customer service. Keep up the great work!“
“I got the Mango Green Tea with the "mango pearls". The tea was good, I could taste both the mango and green tea, and it wasn't too sweet. However, I thought mango pearls meant mango popping boba. The pearls in the drink were essentially just mango jellies. This is confusing because there's also jellies on the menu (coconut jelly, etc) , so I think this should be clarified on the menu somehow.Overall the tea was good and the it came out quickly.“
“Tried Hershey’s chocomania specialty dozen yesterday. It was one of the best collections from Krispy Kreme. The employee I met yesterday was very friendly and kind, so I gave my tip directly to her.Kid-friendliness: FriendlyWheelchair accessibility: Possible“
“Wonderful little coffee/candy/local goods store. The woman managing the store was extremely kind and pleasant to chat with as she made my coffee. I also grabbed an assorted bag of local teas. The coffee was excellent, but the woman inside is why I’ll keep coming back. Cheers!“
“Been going here since 2020 and honestly it's just like most McDonald's. the service is pretty good, they keep the property clean, they move pretty fast at times and even during slow times it's not a super long wait. Never had an issue with my food, and if they did accidently give me the wrong order it was fixed immediately. All in all if your nearby, I'd recommend!“
“Good food, friendly service. The pancakes were very good and Mo’s wrap was tasty. Only complaints are long wait time once seated and long service time for food, but it did seem like there was 1 person cooking and 1 person doing all the orders and checks.“
“One of the best in town, primarily due to the extremely friendly personable and accommodating staff. But the Baskin-Robbins ice cream here is exceptionally good, possibly due to the fact that they don't keep the freezer too cold, often a problem in ice cream shops which make the ice creams very hard. And the flavors seem more intense here than past Baskin-Robbins experiences.“
“So I never leave reviews but I like it coming to this Dunkin solely because of the guy (I think his name is Anthony) at the window. If you don’t know this one has a drive through. Every time I come he exemplifies excellent customer service, friendly demeanor and makes sure my order is correct.“
“I had the match red bean slush and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. Unlike some other establishments, they use actual red beans and not red bean powder. They also offer varying levels of sugar so you can customize your sweetness. Nice art and great staff. A notch above the numerous competitors in this crowded genre.“
“I went to This Starbucks on November 9th 2022 around 7:30 p.m. and the girls working were absolutely awesome. They were so helpful when I was having trouble with my app and And we're just very sweet. This is definitely the kind of service that I look for and nowadays it's really hard to find good customer service, so being treated kind was a refreshing change and I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for being just nice people!“
“I frequent this place for breakfast, usually in the morning. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of the food; it tends to be rather bland, lacking the desired flavor. Specifically, the shakshuka left me only enjoying the eggs. On a positive note, the huevos rancheros are tasty. I must highlight my appreciation for the fries and pizza, though.“

“This place reminds me of Chick-fil-A with regards to sheer speed and customer attentiveness. There were nine vehicles ahead of mine in the drive through at 830am. In not even five minutes, everyone was through the line and I got my order as well. The gentleman taking orders was very polite and had a smile on his face and, again, there was literally no waiting whatsoever, just a constant flow....A+“
“Honestly and I'm actually being honest here. This particular dunkin' donut's, well I really have no negative criticism to say about it I'm not saying that I have nothing good but to say about it, but at the same time, it's service has not given me a reason to think negative about they're service so I'll end it on that note.“
“Gongcha is good too though menu is overwhelming. A few times they never called out number, but were calling everyone else’s, so our drinks sat for a long time which was kind of a bummer. The touchscreens are really funky and don’t always respond correctly, always ordering the wrong thing and having to delete. Do wish both touchscreens had both restaurants in them as the line can get long. It’s nice they have board games and things to do, it would be cool if they hosted monthly events or something.“
“Great Kosher dunkin. Fast service. It's a pretty small store that gets crowded pretty fast. There's no place to dine in here. They have the self order kiosks that make the ordering process very quick and easy. Not a tun of parking either, but cars come and go pretty quickly.“
“best dunkin i ever been too. People are complaining about the service being slow and the food not being right, not everyday is the same day. the only that matters is the customer service you get from the staff. love the staff becoming here since i moved.“
