I wanted to try a local spot for breakfast instead of one of the national chains. The space is quaint and you seat yourself. There were two servers who were very nice. The food was ok. I wouldn't get the French toast again (a bit bland), but my dining companion enjoyed their waffle. I would go here if I was in the area and wanted a quick bite, but I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to go here. Perhaps lunch is better.
I was randomly in the area and decided to meet a friend for a quick bite. I happened to stumble upon Nancy's. It's pretty small inside and I was told to sit anywhere. It's a no frills type of place. I was greeted immediately and ordered a coffee while I waited for my friend to arrive. To eat, I got the Reuben melt and my friend got the patty melt. We both really enjoyed our meals. It's basically a diner. Local restaurant, catering to the nearby 55+ community. Fodd is good, simple, and prices are reasonable. Service us friendly, though usually only 1 or 2 servers, so be patient if it's crowded. Usually you seat yourselves. Delivery is through DoorDash, etc. It's fr I endly and homey.
