They messed up orders like I can't eat the onion bread so order it different and they act like I don't know how I'm ordering my food.I'm also a door Dasher and have stood in a non busy time for good 20mins before they have even acknowledged me standing there and the workers have seen me standing there and ignore the Dasher and customers
This is for the lady at the drive through Mrs.Kathy, I’ve had several encounters with her when I pick up lunch for my husband and myself. This lady is SO KIND, SWEET, and PATIENT as well. She’s always smiling and very helpful, I remember one day I went through the line and was asking about the peach drink they had, I liked it but it was so sweet so she only put one pump in it so it wouldn’t be as sweet and she made sure I liked it and I did. I get to this Arby's maybe every 3 weeks. The Fixing Bar is a go to!Fixing Bar -Slaughter my burger with jalapenos, onions, mayanaise, hot sauce. I enjoy getting a cup of horseradish for my fries.
