I decided to do an indoor pickup because my daughter wanted to have a quick play place fun. I did not realize that I was missing a whole chicken tender order because I received the drink but did not check the bag to make sure my order was all included. I immediately called the store upon realizing that when I got home and the manager was sincerely apologetic. I returned to the store and the manager immediately got my order ready and offered some extra fries and another drink.
I decided to dine in with my children this time. My order was correct however the fries were entirely too salty. This is the 2nd location I've recently ordered from and the fries, in particular, are noticeably too salty. One of my children commented about the fries so I know it wasn't just me. Lastly, the service was particularly slow. All the workers were extremely nice and courteous though.
