I've eaten the chicken tacos, wings, and chips with guacamole. All are solid choices. But I must say the wings are my favorite. They are smoked which of course takes the taste to another level. Paired with a stupendous cocktail from Blue Dryer you cannot go wrong indulging in the the Chuck Wagon's casual dining experience. Depending on how hungry you are the chips and guac is always a great starter. I expect their menu will broaden and continue to get better. I'll surely be back.
This place just makes you want to drop a couple swear words while eating it. It is just that good. I am out of commission for the day after eating from here every time I do, because I need a nap afterward. Please plan your day accordingly and do not let that stop you. Based upon a Facebook group post about this food truck, my wife and I just got garlic-parmesan wings and crab fries!First off, you can't immediately see the food truck from the road, but you can smell it, and it smells delicious! The people operating the truck were all super friendly without being pushy. The food took about 15 minutes, but it was hot, fresh, delicious, and plentiful!
