The customer service by the young lady on 2/9/24 around 6 pm was amazing . She was by herself which I understand from a management perspective. She handled everything . There was no long wait . So the individual who had no patience should understand you didn’t walk in to a fast food restaurant. There’s a difference. She answered my questions. She greeted everyone who came in no matter what. This type of customer service is rare .
Very lovely people, very clean, very nice atmosphere, and I love the positive energy! Even got a kind message on my cup! If you come here, do know this is super healthy stuff. The first time I came was a much better experience. However, today I came and no one was there to greet me, so I waited a bit while the one girl finished her lunch and one texted. A guy came out to take my order and then the 2 girls came out from the back to make the orders because few other people walked in.
