“My husband and I have lived in Galena MD for over 25 years and we have never heard of Double Tap and one of our friends ask us to go there recently and we got directions and figured it was going to be a place with a few people there since it is in the corn field, imagine our surprise when we turned that corner and that place was lit up like a Christmas tree with like 50 cars already in the parking lot this gem of a place was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was awesome and the people were just so nice. The food was amazing and my husband couldn't stop talking about his Crab cake it was the best he ever had and I had the steam shrimp and it was amazing. This is our new favorite place. “Enjoyed a wonderful date night for my husband's birthday. The food was good, but I was definitely disappointed in the Prime Rib Special. The cut was smaller than expected, the cook on it improperly done, definitely NOT rare!!!! I had such high expectations but was definitely disappointed. It was also 1/2 price wine bottle night. However, there was no way the bottle was worth the original $40/bottle!!!!“

“We were met immediately by Ms. Linda. She was inviting but no rush. Had that old town feel about the place. Bathrooms are otw out of the bar. There is a liquor store on the other side. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and side salad. Hubby had better with fries. BLT was awesome and fries were amazing and FRESSH!! Soooo good with the toasted bun! It was empty, as we stopped in otw home and it was barely lunch. Great clear tvs at the bar. Bar shots about 2 doz ppl.... other seating...maybe 50? Parking is plentiful.“
