We were seated by very unprofessional hosts, more concentrated with gosipping amongst each other and discussing when they could leave work. Then we were seated by a waitress who was completely monotone. Placed our order and waited 45 minutes, didn't receive complimentary bread that was expected, didn't see our waitress again. We left after 55 minutes of not seeing anyone. Don't recommend at all.

Make sure you always check your take out bag before leaving!!! More than likely there will be something not there or the portion size can also be not right!

Love this place, but this time, I only went in for rolls and their yummy cinnamon butter (I didn't know you could actually do that!) There's a little register to the side and some super friendly staff who will give you a nice portion of rolls and a tub of cinnamon butter for a very reasonable price -- got a dozen rolls and maybe a cup and half (eyeball judgement) of butter for a paltry $5.36 including tax. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with hot rolls and butter for the hungry teens in the car.

It was great. Waitress was super. We were quite surprised by the wait staff and the food.
Way too noisy and crowded. There is some random, albeit EXTREMELY obnoxious habit of them turning the music up so loud that the server is screaming at you, you can see their lips moving and can barely hear a sound every now and again. And then they turn it "down.". No rhyme nor reason.Another annoyance is that there is no Internet in the restaurant. Here they have plastered everywhere, scan this to go here for more info, scan that to go there for ordering/touch less pay, and scan the other because we're hiring - what's the point??? It's not like you can load the link it scans without Internet! Doh! And if you think you can use the mobile phone as a hotspot, or you have a plan that covers it, yeah, it *might* work, but poor reception is spotty, so best wishes! What a pity because they have decent food and friendly service. The steak is excellent and I really appreciated the chili. As you can see from the photos, they put bacon in their green beans. A heads up for those with allergies or value/belief systems that don't allow for it because it doesn't mention the pork in the green beans on the menu. You can see on the photo of the menu, all that is listed is "Green beans," it says nothing about being cooked in or with pork. This really *should* be listed.Dietary restrictions: Caution if you are not able to have pork. Ask before ordering if pork is contained in the food item ordered as it isn't listed and can come as an unwelcome surprise on your plate. See the photos of the side of green beans and compare to the photo of the menu listing the sides.Wheelchair accessibility: Poor accessibility and it really doesn't have to be this way. It is just overcrowded and disturbing for anyone trying to sit down and have an enjoyable, relaxing meal because you will continuously get bumped and apologized to - they are friendly and kind about it.

I do love this restaurant chain. However when I eat here, the food is always cooked on the rare side. No matter how I ask for it my steak is bloody..... The wait staff is excellent, and always friendly.

We were seated quickly, which was promising at first. We placed our drink/food order pretty quickly and had to ask for rolls, which was a first time experience for us as we have been to Texas Roadhouse on several occasions. We received our first set of drinks and eventually had to ask for a second set of drinks, as our wait for our food was extremely long. Once our food came out, the steaks were overcooked. I ordered a medium steak and it came out well done. My child ordered a medium/well steak and it came out basically as charcoal. Had we not already waited an hour just to get that food, we may have asked for another. The manager asked how our food was and I said the steak was overcooked. When waiting for my second drink I was told that the bar had to "make my drink". My drink was a beer in a bottle that required the top to be removed. There was no more follow up or apology about the overcooked steaks. There was no more follow up by our waitress once the food was on our table. We had to ask other random waitresses passing by for the rolls that we received and for the take out boxes. I paid for the food at the kiosk on the table and left disgusted.I spent over $100 for an experience that my family will never forget. We will not be returning to this location and I recommend you don't go either.
