“Ritual is an amazing bakery that I would put up against any in the state and also might have the best cup of coffee in town. The pastries melt in your mouth and there are more hearty options that have egg for a fuller breakfast.The food and friendly/chill vibe could be in a different country, but we are lucky enough to have them right here. In my opinion, definitely a little fresher and more crispy than Solo Pane in Bath.Parking: Easy street parking right in the morning.“

“My only complaint is this bakery isn't in my home town!I've been eating gluten free for over 15 years and Wildflours is one of the best, if not the best, bakery I've ever found.Stopped by on a visit to Brunswick, to pick up a few baked goodies and ended up with a loaf of gluten free bread and various baked goodies. “I love this little shop! Especially the cozy couch in front of the fireplace. There are even board games to play and blankets available for those of us who are always cold! I go every chance I get. The perfect spot to read a book, visit with a friend, or get some work done all while enjoying a delicious pastry, hand crafted beverage, or satisfying sandwich. “Stopped in during a rainstorm and the ladies could not have been more welcoming! The shop was packed but they made a table for us to sit, made sure we were comfortable and made us tasty drinks! I had an Americano which was delicious, and my wife had a blueberry lemonade that the loved! Happy we sought shelter from the rain in this shop, will certainly return!“
“Trisha's pies are on another level. That full flavor butter crust dusted with just the right amount of sugar. It compliments the perfectly sweetened fruit centers. Do yourself a favor, and special order a cherry. It's a few bucks more, but worth every mouth watering cent. You can't go wrong with whatever flavor you choose. The chocolate cream is evenly balanced, and truly delicious. A fan favorite everywhere I bring it. My family in has started to request these pies for every holiday, or family function. “Hailey made our wedding cake and it was absolutely amazing! All three flavors tasted incredible and the design was phenomenal. We talked to a few other bakeries when we were planning and Hailey was by far the quickest to get us a quote and answer all our questions, but what I liked most about XO bakery was that we could have any frosting flavors and still have an all white cake. Hailey was able to accommodate our GF guests with GF cupcakes.“

“If you have never seen a JUMBO whoopie pie before, you need to head to Wicked Whoopies. It costs $18 dollars and had icing as thick as 1.5 inches if not more. It feeds 8 people like a cake does. The regular size whoopie pies are great, and there is a large selection, but you will be nearly $3 a pie. To me that's a bit on the pricey side, unless you want to be 10 or more than the price comes down. The occasional indulgence is worth the visit. The pumpkin whoopie is one of my favorites.“
“If you are ever in the Brunswick area, you have to go to Dog Bar Jim! Especially on a Friday night— Jack and I had the BEST burgers ever, like it was insane. A super special spot with even better decor. The staff was also super kind and inviting. Michael was our server and just the best! Will absolutely be coming back.“
