I originally stopped at the southbound Kennebunk service plaza because I was craving fried chicken. I remembered there being a Popeyes and deliberately waited until this stop, only to discover that the southbound plaza doesn’t have the same food options as the northbound side. That was a bit of a disappointment.

Then I spotted the Sbarro sign.

room temp, not reheated pizza. guy behind the counter looked absolutely miserable, had quite the bit of trouble at the register too. wont be going back for a long long time until they train this guy to reheat each slice WITHOUT CUSTOMER ASKING, AND furthermore know how to ring up a simple, simple order. …
