“We went for the 1st time tonight with friends from out of state. Lots of friends had recommended going. Well it was Amazing! We all shared the large plate. The BBQ meats were so good and the sides did not disappoint. The corn bread was out of this world. This place is a must!We will be returning to try all of their delicious foods!“

“Love this place! Favorite neighborhood spot for lunch or dinner or just to take a walk and get a snack. The “puerco” and the “tomato” empanadas are great and the churros are amazing! The space is nice but also a great takeout option.“

Empanada Club Latin American •

“Very tasty empanadas, especially if you can get them hot and fresh! I tried the chicken empanada for $8 at an event in town and thoroughly enjoyed it. The filling seemed to have chicken, onions, potatoes and spices. Each empanada comes with a carrot salsa, which sounded odd to me at first but was bright and refreshing, and paired really well with the meal. My only regret is not trying one of the beef empanadas as well--but now I have more to look forward to the next time I get the chance!“

“This is a tidy, no nonsense/no pretense eatery that provides excellent Salvadoran, Mexican, and Puerto Rican dishes. This is not some Gringo interpretation of these cuisines, nor is it an attempt to adapt them to local tastes. This is the real deal, authentic food prepared well by people who grew up with it.I’ve eaten there twice, and am heading back there tonight to try something else.My first time there I had the Montañero, a massive plate of meat, rice, beans, patacones (green plantain sliced sideways, fried, flattened, and fried again), salad and probably more that I am forgetting. It was a daunting task, but I did finish it.The second time I had mofongo, Puerto Rico’s entry into the pantheon of “heart attack on a plate” cuisine. It’s basically smashed green plantains mixed with bits of chicharrone (fried pork belly) and meat of your choice and much more. I had been craving it for years and was too intimidated to try fixing myself. I thoroughly enjoy it, and will order it again, as soon as I’ve run through the many other things on the menu that I just have to try first. The atmosphere is fairly plain and stark, but very clean and tidy. Anyone who has eaten it NYC inexpensive Hispanic restaurants will be right at home.I really hope that you will give this place a try, and I don’t think you will regret it.“

What I imagine a little slice of Columbia should feel like!Vegetarian options: Many options!Parking: It was just after a snow storm so I blame that on why I couldn't find the parking lot but don't let that stop you from stopping in!Wheelchair accessibility: I think you could get a chair in here“
