Very tasty empanadas, especially if you can get them hot and fresh! I tried the chicken empanada for $8 at an event in town and thoroughly enjoyed it. The filling seemed to have chicken, onions, potatoes and spices. Each empanada comes with a carrot salsa, which sounded odd to me at first but was bright and refreshing, and paired really well with the meal. The dough is made from scratch which is super important. High quality ingredients are used. After living in South America for over seven years and trying many empanadas, I can honestly say these are the best empanadas in the region. Also, do yourself a favor and buy an alfajor (Latin cookie).
This is gonna be the shortest, simplest five star review I've ever left:THAT.CARROT.SALSA.THOUGH.I like carrots. Not enough to have them as the predominant feature in a salsa, but Empanada Club has changed my mind.
