Speckled Ax is probably the best coffee in the world. I recently moved to Portland, ME, after having lived in Seattle, Washington for 9 years, which was after living in Los Angeles for over a decade. I used to say that the best coffee in the world came from Portland, OR. I first encountered the amazing coffee flavor from wood fired roasting in downtown Portland several years ago, and that experience has stuck with me since, so I was really thrilled to find the Speckled Ax location on Walton last weekend!
