“My husband is a veteran and had a coupon for a free meal today on Veterans Day. It turned out NOT free due to our waitress not knowing what were the coupon-covered options. Sorry, Mia, but I can't give you 5 stars. We also had to wait too long to get ketchup and a refill on a lemonade, even though we asked, and our check. I will say, Mia is very friendly and appeared to be trying REALLY hard to do her job well. Also, we love receiving coupons in our email and use them nearly every time we come in. So happy that Ruby's is open in Presque Isle, Maine again!

“This is an amazing place to grab delicious ice-cream and go about your day or enjoy in the car as you explore around. There isn't anywhere to sit and eat. The peanut butter crunch is phenomenal and was recommended by the friendly staff. The staff do get busy and have to rush around, so be patient, it's worth the wait if you have one.”
