“I visited the Dunkin inside the Windham, Maine Wal Mart recently and I was pleasantly surprised that I was met with smiles! (This day and age you barely get grunt responses from food service!) Employees there appear to care about getting their order correct as my order was repeated back to me for accuracy. Love the butter pecan and happy to get my dunks fix while shopping at Wal mart. “The Naples (Route 302) crowd was absolutely OUTSTANDING today (Sat, 8/5). There was a lot of people lined up at Drive-Thru, in house, and on-line orders were a plenty on the shelf. Great customer service behind the counter. Not sure who was handling Drive-Thru, but she was super friendly handing customers their orders and making fun conversations with them all. This shop has such an awesome community vibe, the folks behind the counter were so lovely to speak with, and the donuts are awesome!!
