I understand the short staff but when we where taken by a trainee, he understood nothing, we told him what we wanted as simple as we could and he could do nothing about it and had to get his manager. Even with them both an order with three items took ages and was in poor quality. Go get a coffee from the inside of walmart before this.

Waited in the drive thru for literally half an hour, then they said that I would have to go into the store for service. I understand being understaffed, but they should have closed the drive thru. Will definitely avoid this DD in the future.

The lady in drive-thru could barely speak English and it's the only language I know so it made it pretty hard to order a coffee. I ordered the coffee. Drove up to the window to get it and it wasn't what I asked for. I didn't ask for a new one. I just drove away. With the language barrier it wasn't worth trying to get a new one. I will never go back to the Dunkin and I love dunkin'

I only gave a 5 star because of my experience today. Everytime I come here they always forget something or don’t do my order right. Garret on the other hand read the order at the window and made sure that I had everything. Best customer service skills. I’m use to not even a greeting from the person at the window. Good job Garret. You should be the general manager actually caring about the place that he works for.

So impossible to go through this drive through. I was in a line of only 2 people and it took almost 20 minutes. I eventually had to leave because I was going to be late for work. This always seems to be an issue at this Dunkin’s location and it’s very frustrating. Left early for work to get breakfast and a drink and ended up with nothing. Will not be back sadly since this issue is reoccurring ☹️

I got a matcha tea latte here and ordered a large size. They gave me a large cup with a bit over half full with mostly foam. I took it back to the worker and she took it back with a annoyed demeanor, saying nothing to me like i did something wrong. She made another and gave me another half full cup, without saying a word. She knew it was half full, didn't say have a nice day or anything. I didn't pay for a medium or small so why treat me like I did something wrong?
It’s very frustrating when a business advertises to open at a specific time but doesn’t. I have gone here twice at 4:30/4:45 (they advertise opening at 4:30) because I work at 5am and this is the closest Dunkin’ however both times I sit in the drive thru and no one answers, despite 2-3 employees standing around in the kitchen. I’ve decided to just make the trip over to the location on Main St in South Portland because they’re more consistent.
