Can't never manage more than a single customer without a 20 minute wait and always out of everything. I've been to probably a hundred different dunkins and this is the only one bad enough to compel me to leave a review.
Waited in the drive thru for literally half an hour, then they said that I would have to go into the store for service. I understand being understaffed, but they should have closed the drive thru. Will definitely avoid this DD in the future.

I understand the short staff but when we where taken by a trainee, he understood nothing, we told him what we wanted as simple as we could and he could do nothing about it and had to get his manager. Even with them both an order with three items took ages and was in poor quality. Go get a coffee from the inside of walmart before this.
