“We felt so lucky to find this place and will truly miss it until we’re back in the area. We went for lunch and returned immediately the next day for dinner. Everything was outstanding, from the house made pickles on the delicious spicy chicken sandwich, to the dressing, pork belly, and crispy chicken on the wedge salad. The fish sandwich with perfectly seasoned slaw, and the biscuits with maple butter were also incredible. The fried chicken was some of the best we’ve ever had. On top of the special food, the owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming. We spent a lot of time sitting at the bar chatting with one of the owners and overall enjoyed our visit so much. We will be talking about this place long after our trip.“

“Amazing Place. Looks like a hole in the wall. Go inside and nicely renovated. The BEST fried seafood platter, EVER! Coast to coast I have never had such a perfect light breading on the freshest seafood .... Atlantic shrimp, local Clams and sweet Scallops plus Haddock. I was So impressed. Servers were great!Plus a great variety of cocktails and beers brewed in Maine.“

“My wife and I dined here yesterday (4th May) busy Saturday evening around 7pm - turned up without a reservation. Service was good - vast selection of beers and the barman took time to recommend similar ones based on what I was drinking which was appreciated. We both ordered pizzas which were excellent - well cooked and plenty of flavour. Not the cheapest place in town but very good and would go back again in a heartbeat.“
