Neither of the people at register knew how to ring up the order. There was no experienced person available to help or actively train them. There were 4 other workers behind the counter, but no one offered to help two obviously struggling co-workers. The girl setting up to start the drive thru was asking others how to use the headset. I placed a large catering order for pickup on 8/11 of 40+ lunch boxes and it was made quickly and consistent!! The employee even carried it to my car for me. An awesome experience!!

They always mess something up. Either it is a drink, a sandwich, chip flavor, or rewards club. They are consistent with their failing to meet all the marks. But never bad enough to make it so it is "never again", just annoying enough to make them a try again in a few months.
