“This is my favorite Taco Bell in the land. I live a block away so I come fairly often. I add/remove stuff from the potato taco sometimes (because the possibilities are endless) and they’ve never messed up an order. I got a soggy taco from a different TBell the other day and it made me miss this Washtenaw Ave TBell. The drive-thru line can get long in the evenings, but that’s only because there are few other restaurants in the area that stay open as late as them. The staff is speedy, and always pleasant.“

“So the food tastes great they don't always have everything in stock though so other than the food tasting great it takes a while to get they don't have everything in stock most of the time they're out of steak they're very often out of different flavors of custard and other things like that The restaurant at least out in the front is not always clean In fact it's rarely clean to be honest basically I feel like they clean every night and maybe in the morning or something I don't know like I feel like they clean like once a day and then after it gets dirty they just leave it dirty until the end of the day to be fair they are understaffed and I get that and there's plenty of people needing work nowadays so there's no reason they can't hire someone else to clean for them but yeah it's just unfortunate that they're a little bit dirty and that their services really slow because they don't have enough employees and their store is dirty also I'm assuming because they don't have enough employees either that or their employees or not trained that well but you have to keep a restaurant clean that's the number one rule.“

“This place change management was for the best, they are so friendly and nice. they always welcome us with a smile.
It is our go-to for many things besides ice cream. The cheese curds are to die for. The burgers are simply delicious, and of course, the Ice cream is always the best.“

“I went to this Subway yesterday and let me tell you best Sandwich i had so far. Delicious. The freshness of the food was evident in every bite. Place was super clean.Girl who helped me was very friendly , knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely going back to this place again.“

“Iqra is the reason why I started coming back to this Subway for the past couple years. She always has a positive attitude, is VERY efficient (even when short staffed), and even goes out her way to try and memorize the orders of her regular customers. She definitely sets a high standard for customer service across all Subway locations.“

She took our order and was SUPER nice-- They even let me order a shake! ?Going above and beyond just for us, these people are so incredible. “This is a great place. They support their community and treat their customers very well. Our family orders pizza here at least 1/month and we are never disappointed. They also made a generous donation to our youth football program! We appreciate our local PaPa John’s“

“Stopped by Subway over the weekend and Namrada, some Indian employee was working alone during a crazy busy rush. She was super patient, kind, and made my sandwich just right with a smile the whole time. Honestly, best customer service I’ve had in a while—made my day!“
