“My fiance and I were visiting from NE Ohio for the day and stopped by!I called prior about their vegan options and how they prepare vegan sandwiches. I also asked about allergens such as peanuts, legumes, pea protein, etc. My fiance and I were impressed how careful they are with vegan sandwich preparation and cross-contamination. They handle everything separately and are very careful. My fiance has many food allergies, so we have to be careful! We also can’t eat out a lot because of this as well, so this was a treat for us. I was told on the phone since they serve vegan food “they have to do it right.”It was a first for both of us to eat vegan deli meat, and as a meat eater myself, I was impressed!If anyone is looking for vegan, allergen-conscious, and delicious sandwiches, this is the place to go. “First time here to this little gem. The cook used to run an old local well known restaurant that had burned down but kept the food quality with them. Great soup selection and the sandwiches are not your typical sandwich. Great quality ingredients and the bread is wonderful! Can't wait to go back!“

“Love the fresh-baked bread. The multigrain is the bomb! As a vegetarian, I get what I pay for ... the meat and/or cheese is by weight based on the size of the bread. So, I get the same weight of only cheese as someone would get of meat and cheese combined. Kudos on treating me like an equal. Great service. Friendly staff. The only negative for me is that they switched from Coke to Pepsi a few years ago. As a result, I usually skip the chips and drink and even then, buy subs at DiBella's less often than i used to. Please bring Coke back!“

“Visited this location for the first time last week. Ended up waiting longer than I should of because they lost my ticket, but they really went above and beyond to make up for it. So no complaints there. Because they lost my ticket my subs did look and feel a bit rushed. They also forgot to put pickles on my husband's subs, but both were still tasty.“
