“I don’t think I could explain in words the entire story, but I had to come inside the location last night (2/10) and the MOD deserves a raise!!!! She was running circles around that staff trying her absolute hardest, I’m not saying they were doing a poor job but I went in there ready to just be annoyed after such a long day & having to fix our order & by the end I genuinely just felt for her, wether it’s understaffing, training, whatever, she was killing it. My last job was as a GM seeing over 30-40 employees and she is the type of employee I would have loved to have! She was real & she just wanted to do a good but efficient job.“
“This was a very busy place, the staff was very professional and worked through the orders quickly, but it still took some time. The food was as McDonald's food, always good, seldom great. The restaurant was clean. When ever I go to a fast food place I expect to have a good experience, so I very rarely give them a five.“

Maybe the owners would have an employee do a twenty minute patrol around the property everyday to clean the garbage left by the customers. No one wants to eat at a garbage dump even if the product is very good and prepared quickly and “

“My husband and I had an early dinner around 330p, so we could go to a movie. Alex was our waitress and she was amazing! She checked in on us frequently, was very pleasant and got everything correct, that we ordered. She was the best waitress, we've had in a long time! I had the sirloin steak, broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes, with a side salad and my husband had the ribs, fries and coleslaw. Both were delicious and cooked just right! Highly recommend!“

“From the moment we walked in our server, Kristian, was attentive, funny, personable, and timely. Couldn’t ask for more. My daughter and I came for a quick bite for dinner and Kristian did not disappoint. He bounced back and forth between multiple tables never missing a beat. Thank you for the great experience. “You can always count on your local Applebees. But from the reviews lately it seems they are out of so many items. I went on a Friday night, ordered the salmon. After waiting almost 40 minutes, they tell me they are out of it, but would substitute something no charge. It was a Friday night, you think they would have a stocked kitchen. I ordered the steak. Oh never order the steak here. I had such a tough, rubber band like, stringy steak that I couldn’t even chew! Good thing I wasn’t paying for it. Probably the reason they gave me that cut of meat. lol. The potatoes and broccoli were perfect. I love their spinach artichoke dip. It is so good! We usually order the huge variety appetizer tray before I meals. You could make a meal out of just that! I usually get a burger. They are always cooked to perfection. I ordered fish and chips one time, but it appears to be old, warm and grease soaked. So I know not to order steak or fish and chips, and ask if they actually have the salmon in. We love sitting at the bar. Their drinks are great and the bartenders are awesome. During the pandemic we ordered almost every week from take out and it was excellent. Good neighborhood restaurant.“
“Recommend! The only bar to need to go to in downtown Wyandotte! Drinks are always great, well mixed and made, and always quick even with a crowded night with a wait out the door. Service is phenomenal, no bar I’ve been to compares to the friendliness, chill vibes and personable experience you get from Grand Dad’s waiters/bartenders. Brittney is usually our waitress and we all love her, great part of the team! The owners always seem present when we visit and they are always, always helping out (cleaning tables, helping at bar, running food, etc), that is awesome. Highly recommend going to Grand Dad’s, it’s always a great time!Parking: Parking available along Sycamore St but limited. Free parking lot available by Yack Arena at end of storefronts building.“
“I did mobile app order in their parking lot. Jumped right in drive thru line. They had my food ready in no time. My favorite is the caramel frappe with extra caramel. Mmm Soo good!Seems you get better deals on the mobile app. The only thing I don't like is when you do a delivery, you can't use most deals...
