The drive thru/parking area can be a bit tight for pedestrians but overall this is a nice restaurant to get some okay food at an okay price. It's McDonald's though. Don't expect anything healthy or gourmet hehe :) still alright.“

“Recommend! The only bar to need to go to in downtown Wyandotte! Drinks are always great, well mixed and made, and always quick even with a crowded night with a wait out the door. Service is phenomenal, no bar I’ve been to compares to the friendliness, chill vibes and personable experience you get from Grand Dad’s waiters/bartenders. Brittney is usually our waitress and we all love her, great part of the team! The owners always seem present when we visit and they are always, always helping out (cleaning tables, helping at bar, running food, etc), that is awesome. “My husband and I checked this out for lunch recently. The menu choices are well displayed for easy ordering. The server/order taker was knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful and friendly. We both got the #3 - 2 chicken fingers and choice of one slider. He got the angus beef slider. I got the big saavy signature slider with the 2 chicken fingers. Fries were crispy and hot. The big saavy slider was so filling, I’d recommend it for people with big appetites. It was almost a meal in itself for me. We didn’t get any shakes, but they all looked amazing. A steady stream of customers came in. A lot of the customers were carry outs. A few customers ate in (like we did). Dining room is super clean, well lit. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back.“

After doing my Yelp research, I offered her a few options to choose from and she selected Joe's Hamburgers....I'm thrilled that she did. I loved everything about this place They specialize in burgers and they are delicious. There are probably 12ish different burger options. What I really liked is they offered them as either a full size burger or a slider. I really liked the slider option because I wanted to try several. They were all fantastic. The Sticky was my favorite. I love Peanut Butter on a burger and this was a winner. The sides were great as well. Fries were nice and crispy and the onion rings were battered not breaded which I like. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area“

She did a fantastic job getting all the food and drinks out timely and correctly with a smile and took the time to joke with all of us and divide all the bills correctly...that is huge in itself.We can't say enough about how good everyone's meals were. They ranged from onion soup to fish dinners to Philly steak sandwiches to chicken parm. Everyone kept saying how good and hot their meal was. The cocktails are in small glasses but they come with a kick! Good job to the bartender!You might wonder why I am giving 5 stars for food, service and atmosphere but only 4 stars for overall. That is because the only complaint all of us had was that the music was terribly loud and the speaker was above our table. We could not hear each other talk. Not sure what makes this place food stand out, maybe it’s Ms Brenda because I have been slowing down on these spots because the food has been sub par besides the low energy service and attitude of the employees. HOWEVER, Ms Brenda kindness and the way the food (perfect temperature, packaged and prepared) tasted I will be certain to stop here while this way.
