I use the drive-thru most of the time and enjoy the rewards I get with the app. It is nice that they are reopened for inside dining as I went to one in the area of my work as several of us were coming from different areas and would be heading home to different parts of the county, so I chose one that would make the most sense for everyone to not be too far from their destination.“

“This location is right on my way to work. I go here every day. If I'm off work and go to a different location that's closer to home, I am always disappointed. I get great service, at least on weekdays in the mornings. My coffee is always perfect. The staff is friendly and remembers my order, since I come every day during the week. The line moves really fast. Occasionally, the staff changes, and I wish I knew the names of the regular girls to give them a shout out. I have seriously been to sooo many other locations, Clarkston, Davison, Grand Blanc, etc. never as good as this Bristol Rd. location.“
“Everytime I go to this McDonald's they are super friendly and the food is fresh. One time they had me pull forward and it wasn't that long of a wait and they gave me a card for a free meal. I had never seen one of those before. I have never had a bad experience here.“
“It seems like going to Mickey D's is seeming more like a job than a place to get a quick bite. Next thing you know they'll be assigning everyone a time to report to help unload the truck!! What has happened to good ole customer service. When I was a swing manager, we didn't have these fancy kiosks in the lobby. Folks came in, placed their order, then picked up said order.
