“I'm sitting in this drive thru three times a week. Sometimes I'm blessed by the gods and there's two cars in front of me. Other times I'm messaging my boss "I might be a few late" because the line is all the way into the parking lot of Meijer. I've never encountered a rude Biggby member here. They're always nice, take a minute to chat and apologetic (unnecessary) for the wait (as if they have control over how long a bragel takes to toast, or how many drinks with special instructions one vehicle orders).I do wish customers would PULL UP CLOSER TO THE XAR I FRONT OF THEM. Instead of leaving room for a full size truck between vehicles. It's a pet peev, what can I say.Anyways. I like this Biggby. Location is convenient so I don't have to go into Flushing or Owosso (opposite of work) on my way into Durand.“
“Super friendly service! I was in town visiting family for the holiday so it was on a whim that I stopped here but I'm glad I did. The barista helped explain everything in such a wonderful way. They helped me make a decision since everything sounds so good. I ended up with the Mindful Mint and so happy I did. The only complaint was almost driving past the stop since it's in the middle of a residential area. When I'm back in town I'll be excited to stop by again.“
