I went there at 9:50 PM and the store hours were until 10 Pm, there were some customers inside but the employees closed the doors to not to allow for more people. Please don’t say we close at specific time if you can’t do it!
We ordered my daughter the “Ice Cream Float Cake” for her birthday. The cake looked like a first grade student made it during recess!! It was half melted, no cherry, no straw and leaning to one side! It was also much, much, much smaller than the picture displayed on their website. I asked if anyone could doctor it up and make it semi presentable (with tears), the “manager” told me I would have to pay extra! He was very rude, unprofessional and had no customer service skills!...read full review

Everytime we come here the staff isn't helpful and they refuse to refill the ice cream. We asked for 2 flavors and they said they didn't want to open a new box until the morning. So they have the ice cream in the back but don't want to serve their customers because it's inconvenient for them? 2nd time it's happened.. no thanks won't be back
