“This is a nice little coffee shop on main St in Concord. This area needed a place like this. The coffee is great ! I always get a latte either hot or iced. And they are always made very well. Today I had an iced pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious, I also ordered a slice of bacon Gouda quiche. The quiche had a great flavor , and lots of cheese. The dough they used was flaky and buttery. BUT the inside of my slice was cold, the outside was warm. I still ate the whole thing because I was hungry and the flavor was there so it wasn't so bad even being cold.”

“If you are a health nut , probably not for you. The service is amazing! Blaire has a special place in my heart, she is great with guests! Ken is the real deal, straight shooter, great with guests and his food is pretty darn good. I do wish you could go back to the other coffee though!”

“Had a lovely bite for dinner with family. Friendly staff and great food! Ask for skull skins - Yum. (fried dough in strips with a cheese dip)We had a grinder, a pizza, cheesebuger and fries. All classic dishes perfectly presented.It was definitely one of the best burgers I've had in weeks.Nice atmosphere with amiable mix of local folks. Really enjoyed our meal thanks to Miranda and the cook who made our night. Will return.”

“The strawberry shortcake sundae was great. It has fresh strawberries. I feel it needed more strawberries and sauce to complement or balance the vanilla however. The ice cream was not salty and well balanced. Fairly clean area, with some seating the back, it should be out front as we were unaware of it.”

“Stopped for an early dinner on a Friday. Service was fantastic--hospitable and attentive.Our food was very good. But having eaten a lot of excellent Guatemalan food, this was a little different. I guess there are a variety of styles even in smaller countries.The dining room is festive with bright colors and attractive murals. It would be nice to feature some Guatemalan music. It seemed a little eerie listening only to compressors running.”

“This is our first time visiting Foundry Bakehouse and we absolutely loved it. We had lunch there trying several different sandwiches in our group. All were wonderful! The cookies were delicious. There were so many other things we wanted to try but there was no room left to eat it! This is a place we would definitely recommend and would return to often. We came in from out of town with a large group of college kids and made arrangements for catering. They had everyone’s orders correct and accommodated dietary restrictions and allergies without any fuss. I highly recommend Foundry Bakehouse! I wish there was one in my community.”

“I live in TX, but every time I visit the Mitten, a visit to Frosty Dan’s is a MUST. Not just once, or twice, sometimes 3-4 times. Locally-owned, small mom and pop shop with the best ice cream, Chili dogs, and Slushies around! Eat it there, under a covered patio with picnic tables, or take it to go! Thank me later…”

“It is a mostly standard Mexican place. Portion sizes and prices are reasonable.The atmosphere feels very hometown, very cozy.Chips still come with the meal without question (not true of some now). I didn't love the salsa, but they had a taco sauce that was really good my uncle knew to ask for.As a random treat for my kids, the train looks like it'll come directly into the store. Not sure how often it comes by, but that was cool.”

Since then they've changed owners and names a couple times (and a location) and I think they've definitely kept the magic alive. I really like the food options and specials they have. Prices have gone up, but where haven't they... I'm definitely still a fan!”

“This an awesome hometown creamery in Litchfield MI. We love to walk down in the evenings for ice cream after dinner. We've never tried their food but I hear it's very good. The owners are hometown people and we like to support them. They're always busy in the summer!”
