“They opened 10 years ago right as I left for college. Today I was back to get some work done in between appointments, and I had a wonderful experience. Great to see friendly faces again, and they didn’t charge me for my refill even after I insisted I pay. I usually get one of their great sandwiches while I’m here.Feels good to be more than a nameless customer at a big corporate coffee giant. Drink local!!!”

“Love this place! I try to stop here for lunch whenever I am headed over that way. My absolute favorite is their fruit and nut salad with chicken. The french fries are delicious and perfectly crunchy. The staff is always welcoming and pleasant and the owner is great!”

“We visited about an hour before close on Saturday night, and the place was full of smiling people. The staff seemed rather busy hanging out with the patrons, which is just fine. The vibe of the place was very neighborhood Restaurant, and soon enough the staff noticed us and got us seated. We got the peanut butter and jelly burger, which the staff seemed a little bit weirded out by, but it was really good. The fries were also fantastic, but for $3.40, there should have been quite a bit more of them. The pizza was absolutely loaded, crispy, and full of fresh ingredients. We definitely enjoyed that as well. They have a pretty extensive beer menu, but it's on a very small screen that moves way too fast to really see. It would have been nice to have a printout or something so that we didn't feel like we were struggling to see what was available. All in all, if I were in the area again, I would probably make my way back, especially if they stop being so stingy with the fries.”

“We just happened to stop by the Chicken House because we were hungry and in the area. We are from Albion. And before I say anything else, I have to say that we will be back for sure!!The chicken sandwiches are AMAZING!!! I got the mother clucker and my husband got the Nashville hot. Soooooo good!!!The owners are really cool too!!Don’t drive by without trying their food! If it wasn’t winter, we would have tried the ice cream and sundae selection. Darn, I guess we will have to come back a few more times.Thanks for the great lunch!!!”

“Lots of interesting choices of food and beverage. Hot food bar with fresh Indian food to go. Specialty desserts fresh in the cooler ready to go. Plainwell ice cream in buckets. Michigan hard ciders and beers also.”

“Amazing food and great service. They also deliver on the weekends we just found out. The only negative is that sometimes it’s so busy parking it can be hard to find parking. Although that’s somewhat expected with any good restaurant.”

Their boneless bbq wings and spicy cheese balls my all time favorite. They even do salads for those wanting a healthier option fyi they are BIG!! The staff is amazing and even when it's packed busy and full they make sure that you are taken care of. It's a go to for a Friday night dinner with friends or a Pub lunch is always a good time.”

“Starbucks is always great, Obviously! BUT, this is my Starbucks, in my hometown, and it makes me feel so lucky, because of the Baristas at this particular Starbucks! I visit different locations frequently when I’m not in Lowell, and none of the other locations Baristas match the energy of the Baristas at this Starbucks! These ladies and gentlemen are irreplaceable, and I would be so sad to lose any of them! The Baristas make this Starbucks the best one I have ever been to! Sometime I stopped in to grab coffee, even when I don’t want or need coffee just so I can stop in and say hi, because these people are just kind, caring, amazing, sweet, talented baristas! They make the absolute best drinks, My go to drinks are extra specialized, And they have all of my regular drinks and items memorized, Which makes it so convenient to not have to explain my order every time I go! I’m just so happy this is my Starbucks as the one in my town, The one that I visit on a daily basis, And my go to! It’s got to the point that most of the time if I’m not in Lowell, I will just wait until I get back into Lowell to get my Starbucks because the other locations just don’t compare! I love all of you guys there! Keep up the good work! Y’all are absolutely amazing human beings, Everyone of you!”

“It's a sm pizza joint, for pickup primarily so the atmosphere is what it is. The order was taken, pizza was made, & home we went! Delicious! Gobbled down first slice wo stopping! “Cute little 1940's working diner. It serves mostly sandwiches, hot dogs, chili or a soup, and frozen custard. Sandwiches come with a side like coleslaw, potato salad, or chips. Impeccably clean and the food is limited but good. Perfect for a quick bite to eat while spending the day exploring Gilmore.”

“I absolutely love the pizza and I absolutely adore the customer service the environment is friendly open and welcome and I always enjoy the smile on the faces of the employees when I come in you can tell that they really enjoy what they do and take pride in it.
