I placed a order 30 minutes before closing. Asked the young lady would it be ok to place order she said yes. Got food chicken bites were hard and overcooked. The potatoes in both meals were undercooked. I called to let the manager know of my experience; response was maybe because we were closing in 30 minutes and she apologized but wow. Unbelievable. Never have a had a compliant about this location , except now. SMH
The customer service was outstanding. The food - not so much. The chicken tasted like it had been fried in old grease. The cooking equipment that could be seen from the lobby was not clean. Not a location inqould go back to again.
