El Rincon Negriteno is a fantastic Honduran restaurant that recently opened where Triangulo Dorado used to be. It's a pretty small place, around nine tables, four of which were occupied when we got there for a weekend lunch. We were the only customers there who didn't speak Spanish but got by without a problem.
