It's really hit or miss here. When it first open they stayed spot on. Over the years it's gone downhill. My most recent order was not to my specifications after being charged for extras I didn't get on one and an undercooked second one. Other good pizza places stop at it.

I called my order a little after they opened. I wanted wings with BBQ sauce on the side. When I got there I paid and the cashier told the cook to make sure that the sauce was on the side. I get to work and noticed sauce ALL over the wings. So I didn't have a lunch basically. I called them he said bring it back, I couldn't. I explained that I didn't have anything else to eat. He said bring it back after work. About 20 minutes later the owner called and asked for my address and to expect a delivery. Well made the wings added fries and bread!! Usually when restaurants make mistakes the customer has to do all the work to correct it. Not Today. Thank you so very much.

My first time at this location. I asked for my rib tips to be well done...they were not and they tasted funny..as in a bad batch of tips, and they were tough.I came home and cooked them a little longer and they were still bad. I didn't call to complain only bcz I'm sure he knew they were bad and I didn't feel like driving back. Going forward I will continue to go the Eastpointe location where I have never had a bad experience.

Hi, on 6/01/2023, around lunch time I ordered a small pizza with everything on it. When I got home and looked at the pizza I was very disappointed to realize the pizza was not freshly cooked. After heating it up the pepperoni tasted spoil. When I removed some of the toppings I saw that there was old dry cheese and toppings under the added toppings. As a long time customer of Happy's this is the second time I must complain about the product.L.Smith
