My first time at this location. I asked for my rib tips to be well done...they were not and they tasted funny..as in a bad batch of tips, and they were tough.I came home and cooked them a little longer and they were still bad. I didn't call to complain only bcz I'm sure he knew they were bad and I didn't feel like driving back. Going forward I will continue to go the Eastpointe location where I have never had a bad experience.

I called my order a little after they opened. I wanted wings with BBQ sauce on the side. When I got there I paid and the cashier told the cook to make sure that the sauce was on the side.
