Savannahblue serves great food with proper seasoning and generous portions. The catfish plate with macaroni and cheese is a highlight, along with the catfish fritters, sweet potatoes, and greens. The shrimp and grits and seared salmon with shrimp farro jambalaya are also exceptional dishes. While service can be slow and inconsistent, the chef's skills shine through. Overall, Savannahblue provides an exceptional dining experience, despite some front-of-house issues.
