Standby is a hidden gem cocktail bar with great staff, drinks, and food. The brisket, gnocchi, and amaretto sour come highly recommended. The cocktails are outstanding with complex flavors, and the food, like the Black Berrata and karange, is delicious. The vegan ice cream dessert is a must-try. The service is impeccable, with waitstaff like Brandy who provide excellent recommendations and knowledge of the menu. A fantastic experience not to be missed when in town.
