I would like to give a huge shout out to the manager from last night, I came in believing I had a reservations because I was celebrating my bday but also doing a gender reveal that was done Feb 13th for March 1st but it wasn’t in there system. Instead of turning me around her and some of staff maneuvered and make things work in my favor. The server we had started out great but then became a little rude and I don’t know if it was because of my party downsizing or what but the attitude changed. She started reaching over ppl not saying excuse me so I became a little irritated on my special day. I really wanted to experience more of the food but the way things went it just changed the whole energy for me. But everything wasn’t bad and like I said I truly appreciate the amazing manager from last night and I was told that the bartender that made the drinks was superb!!!! Thank you”

“The only person who enjoyed the food was our dog. We waited almost 25 minutes for 2 hot dogs with cheese and bacon and an order of mozzarella sticks. Everything was lukewarm and gross. The table before us had been in there and still waited 25 minutes for some chili cheese fries. 3 workers present but only one doing anything. We won’t be back.”

We had a chili dog, corn dog, smash burgers, and regular fries, and chili fries between all of us. It was great food. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and having a good time. “great spot to go and play! my 3 toddlers had so much for 3 hours straight. the staff is super helpful and the coffee is great. everyone in attendance was kind and courteous too. my only complaint is the cost of the food! I love this place, want it to stay open, but having 3 kids we can't go as often because I can't afford to drop $50 (before tip because those ladies deserve it! they were awesome!!) for a 3 hour playdate with lunch. I wish but I can't.”

“By chance I came across Moka Roots. Not only was the atmosphere soothing, inviting but made me want to sit n stay. The Barista was absolutely amazing and friendly. “We found Butcher’s Union on a search for great places to eat in Grand Rapids as we were driving through. Someone reviewed it as a “must place to eat”. The atmosphere is great - high end bar feel. We had a hard time deciding on what to eat. Everything on the menu looked amazing. We enjoyed the meatball appetizer with ricotta, whipped feta (omg so good)… burger, ribeye sandwich, bacon wrapped meatloaf and of course chopped salad. Everything was perfect. So full of flavor. High quality across the board. Friendly service. Felt welcomed. Looks like we made a great choice - place was busy the whole time we were there.”

“My wife and enjoyed our 55th anniversary with dinner at Amore'. Chef Jenna visited every table in our area and asked about every course we ordered. This is by far the best restaurant in the Grand Rapids area: we ordered the 5 course Chef's menu and each had something different from appetizers through desserts so we could taste all. From the waiter, the live music, our beverages, and Jenna's attention paid to all, the best meal ever.”

“Good local food truck with fair prices. I buy burritos from them frequently at the Fulton Street Farmers Market in GR. The meat is seasoned well, I just wish they would add more meat and less rice in their burritos. Half of my burrito was rice. Otherwise great food!”
