My husband and I got some food here, the gentleman making our food was polite and made great food. However, he was the only one working. That's a poor reflection on upper management. You need to sit down and review your team's moral and decide if it's worth compromising over a few dollars of labor cost. Called ahead and placed an order for pick up. When I arrived my order was ready and it was nice and hot. My sandwich was great. I just didn't care for the hashbrown. Hubby loved it, though. We will be back!
