Best burgers and amazing service! They were super sweet and I loved the entire place. Honestly, since it is a basement, it gets chilly! so bring a sweater! If you don't mind a little cold, I love it.
Great concept, poor execution. I visited again recently for the second time to give it another chance. It wasn’t my idea, but I was assured it had gotten better since my first trip a few years ago. It had not. We were there roughly an hour and a half before closing time and there was about a half full dining room. The waitress was polite, but incompetent. Basement Burger Bar is the exact type of place every downtown dreams of having. Patrick took great care of us and felt like a friend. The rotating beers on tap give you fun options to try. The paczki beer pairs perfect with the peanut butter burger. The junk burger is an awesome mess of deliciousness. The onion rings were fried perfectly. The burgers were huge, every portion felt super filling, and we even had leftovers. We're so excited to come back and try more of the menu!
