We had a large group of 12 and the manager came over and told us he would put together two 6-person platters of food for us to all share instead of ordering individual meals. It worked out wonderfully.

I’m not sure if they were short staffed, or short on supplies, but when we got to the table there were only 3 menus for us to share. We were given around 5 small plates when our shared appetizers were brought out. We only had a few sets of rolled silverware, and had to ask for more from the manager when we received the dinner platters. We only saw the server a few times, but thankfully the manager was very helpful when he came to check on us.

Overall it was a good experience, I think the issues were related to having a large group (although we called a couple of days in advance to let them know).”

“Food was great. We had the Feta Dip to start, then a Smash Burger and Balsamic Grilled Steak Caprese for the entrees. Service was just as good as the food. Nice to have this spot in Grand Blanc! For being such a big town, we don't have very many nice places to sit and eat downtown. This scratches that itch. I hope they stick around!”

“My favorite place to eat in Ortonville! The family that owns this restaurant is just wonderful. I can't count how many times we've eaten here, and every part of our experience has been fantastic every time. I try something new each time I order, however, I've never ordered anything but the Mexican cuisine (the cheese chili rillenos are my favorite) . Recently I saw a comment on a local FB page bragging about their Greek Salad, so I ordered one. The salad was put together beautifully, but the dressing!!!!.....omg the dressing was IT! It was hands-down the best Greek Salad I've ever had. This talented family nails Mexican cuisine & Greek. I'm looking forward to finish trying the rest of their amazing menu! -Suzy Camp JB's BBQ”

Wheelchair accessibility: I had a nice accessible room. The bathroom with a roll in shower was a great size with nice water pressure and it was nice a hot.”

“Ordered a take-out dinner for my husband and me. BBQ ribs as an appetizer, eggplant and salad. Was tasty however, for $11 we received 4 small ribs. Expected 6-8 for that price. Very pricey and won’t order that again. Felt that was chincy.”

“I've been eating at this restaurant for probably close to 20 years. Back when it was just a little place on the corner of Hill and Fenton. Love the food and now will travel a couple hours for it in special occasions.
My only complaint is that the grand blanc one seems to have lost their chef to the Fenton one. The sauces seem to be watered down and less flavorful (pad ped specifically). I wouldn't say they've made an unrecognizable dish, but the flavor, spice level, and thickness of the sauce doesn't compare to the Fenton location.
Not going to stop going but if the Fenton guys could help them out it would be awesome to not drive AS far.

“The food was pretty good. I had the malted waffle with strawberries and whipped cream. The strawberries were previously frozen and had a funny taste to them, but the waffle was outstanding. The Philly omelette was really good, too.”

They are quick & very efficient getting orders ready plus they stay on top of your medical needs like flu, Covid 19, Hepatitis A & RSV shots. They also make sure you can get your medications if you are out and the contact your doctor to refill that specific script. The pharmacist also have cross checked medications that may possibly cause a reaction that could cause a problem if taken together.”

“This is my go-to Chinese food spot in Grand Blanc! I really like the sauce on their Chicken & Broccoli. Only 4 stars because sometimes when I get egg drop soup there's chunks in it.. like it came frozen and wasn't stirred up all the way but overall still a nice place and the food is always ready super quick!”

“My toddler loves a good tuna sub, he used to love Jimmy Johns but they became too soggy for him so we tried this Jersey Mike's location. This is his new favorite tuna sub, we've gotten it pretty much every day this week and it's become the best part of his day after school!”

“Was here 10/27 for a Caesar salad and chicken bacon sandwich (pick two). The salad was good with a good amount of parmesan cheese and the lettuce fresh. The 1/2 sandwich was good. The unsweetened ice tea was strong and fresh. The bill was over $18, so it is not very reasonably priced considering the amount of food you get. It was nice to have pleasant music playing so that I could have a conversation with my friend. PROS: food was fresh and good and the atmosphere pleasant. CONS: overpriced for what you get.”

I had a picture of the amount and saying it was paid for....well after I talked to a couple different managers, we got it figured out. I really appreciate the manager that helped me, and came up with the solution, great customer service! The food was really good too, my favorite being their pretzels, and then the jammin' jalapeno wings!”

“Best Taco Bell so far in area, especially beats Fenton on Owen Rd.

Fast, friendly service and food was not only hot and fresh, but the tacos are properly filled. I had forgotten what a proper taco from Taco Bell was like until my last 2 trips here.

If they continue in this way, I'll definitely be back. I would even drive a little bit extra considering the terrible issues of others nearby.”

Our subs are always made the way we ordered them and they aren’t greasy or sloppy like a lot of places are nowadays, especially when you’re on line ordering.
